Yes, Wendy’s we have noticed that there is no longer any chili the soup, And when you ask at the second window for sour cream and butter for your Potato and they say it’s in the bag and you get home and there’s nothing there. We notice this stuff.

This chicken sandwich was nasty. Cold with a sort of rotten flavor. Stay away.
Oh, and they gave us one napkin in the bag for 4 sandwiches. The dining room was also out of napkins even after two dine in victims had to ask for napkins.

I had to run an errand during my lunch break and only had an hour to eat and complete the errand. I stopped for a single cheese burger that I could eat on the go. As I pulled away from the drive-thru window and sat at a traffic light, I unwrapped the sandwich only to find that it was literally smothered in mayonnaise. There was so much mayo that it oozed all over the bun and my hands. I had to put it back in the bag and dispose of it because it was not fit to eat. To make matters worse, there was only one napkin in the bag, which didn't even come close to absorbing the greasy mess on my hands. I hope the employees can be trained to prepare food properly and avoid handing out messy and sloppy to-go orders to people on the run. The one positive thing from this very unsatisfying experience was the service was speedy. Still hungry, going to the snack machine here at work!!!

Forgot half our order. The food we did get was not edible. Fries were cold, the double stack had only one bun and the nuggets were also cold. I couldn’t tell you what happened with the ice coffee, but it was nasty. For sure was NOT what I ordered. I will never go back.

The lady was rude and this happens more often than not. They forgot part of my order and when I asked for it they treated me like I was trying to get something for free when in fact I spent 45 dollars on food. They threw the food at me with NO straws NO napkins. NO butter and sour cream for my cheesy bacon baked potatoe. And the bacon is half way raw!
