This is a great location. The staff was funny, friendly and helpful, the seating area was clean, and the food was well prepared. The manager is obviously doing it right and has a good relationship with her staff. The best Arby’s location we’ve visited.

I love that they have not changed the Classics. Gotta love the Beef N Cheddar sandwich (double of course).The service was great - thank you, Samantha.The food was prepared in a timely manner and served hot.Should they hold a manager-training meeting in the dining room, using a loud voice to review profit margins and UCE’s (Unit Controllable Expenses) and manager’s salary? That would be a big “No”Won’t stop me from coming back; maybe I will find out that they increased their speed and lowered their number one controllable expense - Payroll (that would not be good, right?)

I love coming from Martin county just to get to eat here is been the best food, service and cleanliness I have been in many years.
Dietary restrictions: Aimee don't wear any dairy but that's all nothing crazy lol
We always stop at this Arby’s location when we travel between TN and OH. Food and service is always great.We just left this location a few minutes ago. We want to thank the team for assisting in the “mishap” we had with my elderly mother.Thanks for your help in “freeing” her! We appreciate it!

Love their food! Cheesesteak did not impress me. Should've got beef and cheddar. They were out of sauce packets. Parked on wrong side as the only door that was accessible was the drive thru side door

Me, my brother, and the kids went to eat at Arby’s of Louisa this evening, and we received the worst food and service I think was humanly possible. I had to go to the counter a total of 4 times and Tayler had to go up once. The poor guy working the counter had no idea what he was doing, and he had the personality of a bug, he was in zombie mode, the manager, and the other girl working were also rude and had no idea what they were doing, it’s as if they were dazed. The first time I went to the counter ,they had gave us the wrong cup sizes, the second time I went, they had forgotten one of the French fries, the third time I went up they had messed up a sandwich, and the 4th time I went up is to help my brother out because they messed both of his sandwiches, they were barely warm, barely any roast beef, and not the right sandwiches he ordered. The manager did not try to make things right , did not offer to replace anything, and we did not ask for a refund because that would’ve been too complicated for them. I will never eat inside of there again, we spent 60.00 on food that wasn’t worth 6 cents . Fast food has went to hell.
