Went there on Nov 16 at around 9pm There was no one to be seen in the restaurant. Me and friend stopped to grab something quick. We could no tell if the restaurant was open or closed. It was very unclean. Finally, someone came out but the staff member just walked out and sat down with a male companion who walked in the door. It took another 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. The female staff member and her companion were making rude and harassing remarks toward my friend that was with me because of the way he looked. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at an Arby's I really dont understand how a place like this stays in business.

I come here often, I’m not a review kind of person. With that being said. After this extremely young lady took my order all the while giggling,while waiting on my food I’ve had enough time to type this while the rest of the kids in the back are all cracking up wearing no hair nets i finely get my order that is wrong. I’m over it waited all this time for the wrong food i accept it though. I got to get cause and there are no sauce cups no napkins no and it’s soooo dirty and gross covered in sauces. I squirt some on my plate and head to sit down at a dirty table but the cleanest one I could find

I went through the drive through and ordered two roast beef dip sandwiches and the new sub. I asked at the drive through to ensure I ordered the sandwiches with ajus dip. When I drove up to the window I again asked about my ajus dip. When I received my bag of sandwiches, napkins were on top of everything and it “looked full enough that I assumed my ajus was in the bag. ( shame on me for assuming). Once I got home, no ajus dip. My husband ordered the sub, he said the sub was blan and left a lot to be desired.
I am very disappointed with this Arby’s, I expected better, it was not busy so there really wasn’t an excuse for neglecting two ajus, yet it was paid for. No I did not call because, I live too far away to return immediately nor would a phone call help. This seems to be a common theme with the different Arby’s in the try state area, this is why I decided to write a review instead. Maybe Arby’s will decide to ensure their employees to pay attention to their service employees and boost the Arby’s reputation to what it used to be. Quality.

I sat in drive through for almost half an hour just for these idiots to get my order wrong and then when I call the store about it I get told that “its not our problem eat what you got.” Unprofessional and discourteous behavior at best! Louisa already doesn’t have much to offer and the fast food restaurants are going down hill fast!

Took long time for food..order not complete.. forgot the cheese..after paying for it

The whole team there needs wrote up and retrained..and a manager who takes their job seriously..I hope that wasn't the manager on duty. Bring very inconsiderate of others and irresponsible of duties
