Our orders are always wrong. They always leave on things we ask to not be on the burger or give us half empty fries. Ordered via mobile and got there to be told the broiler was down and they refused to give us a refund. Had to contact corporate to get our money back. Today we ordered a whopper with no bun. The girl in the drive thru kept insisting it was the “low carb” version, we made sure to tell her we wanted everything but the bun. The order had no sauce at all on it. We called to explain this and were told it was our fault because we didn’t ask for sauce (that is typically on the burger). When we spoke to the manager Jane she asked “why do you keep coming back if it’s always wrong” she was very rude.

Wonderful dine in. Great service. Ronnie was quick and very patient with me as a person with a speech impediment he helped me read the menu and decide what I want. he's a great young man and will go far in life.

They have good whoppers in my favorite that I usally get there is the bacon king which was good but one problem have is usally I say extra ranch sometimes they don't put it in my bag

Wrong Food Order, Slow Service, No Excuse for this at all, People have places to be, people say time is money you know what I mean. Never going to eat here again. I am going to their competitors from now on. They had one job and they failed miserably at it. I want fast food service not slow service and usually you expect that from going inside at an actual restaurant, well this ain't even a fast food one. Don't come here, just go somewhere else it is that simple it is not worth going through this one. Maybe I don't need to tell that but hopefully you don't have to find out for yourself and you don't experience this.
