We had stopped last night after a graduation ceremony, we were far from home, wanted to get the kids an ice cream, we were only there about 30 min tops, and they rudely turned the lights out in the dining room on us. Instead of locking the doors where no customers could come in, and we could finish and leave. Do Better! I mean It was only 8:30pm.

Absolutely the worst staff there. There was a family that was coming in not even remotely around closing time and they closed the whole restaurant and said well you know drive thrus open. Like completely rude. There customer service is awful definitely won’t be getting my money anytime soon. And sometimes you even wonder if there even working or on strike as much as you see them standing out side smoking or talking.

The manager and cashier got in an argument right in front of the drive thru window.I had ordered a ice cream in a cup and they gave me a cone. When I corrected them, the guy said something to the women and I over heard him say well you can tell her your self. She refused to re make it, so he proceeded to without gloves on. 6.55$ for a small fry and plain small ice cream ?

My husband and I got food there tonight. They didn’t give my husband my third hot dog and I asked for ranch instead of gravy. I was already having a bad night so when I seen I didn’t get my ranch I started absolutely bawling cause I’ve been through it tonight and this was just the thing that really set me off. Plus, there were a bunch of boys working together I guess was friends that was just goofing off together. The manager done got into them once about my husband’s hot dog but apparently that wasn’t enough! There’s some workers there that really needs to get their act together! Unacceptable! I won’t be eating there again! I’m done with Louisa Dairy Queen!
