I just can't understand how people don't LISTEN to EXTRA CRISPY fries! Doesn't mean 'fresh'!! Just leave em IN the grease longer, not hard too figure out. Also, 1 meal plus 2 burgers is over $26!!

Walked in wasn't greeted they continued to walk past us without acknowledgement waited 10 mins was never told it'll be a minute we'll be right with you, just continued with drive thru. I worked as an RGM of a restaurant for 17 years and I would never treat paying customers like they don't matter. I'll start driving to the Huntington location even though it's 45 minutes out of my way.

Burger was smashed like it had been run over by a Mac truck. Was dried out, very unappealing. Fries was almost cold. Service and cleanliness was good.

No rating for the atmosphere because most fast-food places are the most part all the same and I mostly use drive-thru. Quick and friendly service and I think that they make the best biscuits in fast-food in this area.
It was very nasty ?? and the employee was not wearing gloves and touching the monitor and then touched the food

Pushing Breakfast so no menu for later food. Took a stab at it and guessed to order this was at 11am. For as many employees that were on hand service was extremely slow. Was more interested in ring up employees food for their breaks
