This place is a joke and a waste of money. The past 4 times I’ve been here I have had to go inside to order after sitting in the drive thru for 10+ min bc nobody will take my order or acknowledge I’m even there. One you go in you can barely hear yourself speak to order and then you get told to wait 25 to 30 min only to actually wait 35 to 40 min. Nobody cares about anything not the employees nor the owners and it’s honestly sad. I would rate Louisa KY, little Caesar’s a 0 stars if it was possible. Food sucks too.

We ordered a peperoni cheesy bread, disappointed that it was not made with all it should have. The last step of brushing warm garlic butter was missed completely. Turns out that is a very big step for flavor. We ate it, but we were sad.

If I could I would give you zero. Your drive thru is always broken. You’ve got people nodding off in the back on drugs and ten million people waiting in line to get pizza. I wasn’t feeling good tonight mentally and instead didn’t feel like cooking, stopped there to get pizza and now I feel worse because I’m hungry and sobbing on my bathroom floor! Y’all have no sympathy and hire druggies! Y’all need shut down or the building needs condemned if your equipment can’t work properly enough to serve people!

It’s been over a year since this happened. I’ve not been back while this particular female manager is on duty. It ordered pizzas. Then I ordered another pizza, w/o cheese, for myself, as I have severe allergies to cheese. I go up to pick up my orders, and the manager herself, not only verbally announces that my “CHEESELESS PIZZA” is ready! WHO orders a pizza w/o cheese‼️? While laughing hysterically in my face, as other patrons watch. I was absolutely mortified! If I could rate this manager less than a -1, I certainly would. She definitely needs professional training.

Went in this evening for dinner. We ordered 5 pizza’s and 2 crazy bread combos. 1 pizza was severly under cooked, both of the crazy breads were still doughy, 2 of the pizzas weren't full cut and one wasn't cut at all. Tried to call back to rectify the situation and the workers answered twice and immediately hung up then removed the phone from the hook.
I got a deep dish pizza, however seeing as it was ready in under 10 mins, when I arrived home, the dough was raw, too much sauce, and was cut pathetically. Drive through was blocked so I had to back out.Little ceaser used to be the best and now it’s patheticI don’t think I’ll be eating here anymore.

Ok..so this is the 2nd time I've had to wait over 30 min in drive thru for a hot n ready!! I told myself after the 1st time I wasn't going to order there anymore..bit with that being over a year ago and being in a hurry I thought maybe it would be different..NOPE!!! iI already paid so I feel obligated to wait ...going on 45 minutes!!NEVER AGAIN !!!
