Absolutely disgusting ? the pizza was raw and I'm not even sure what was wrong with the cheese sticks that were just bad they just didn't taste right!! I'm not a complainer like I understand they get busy but I paid 30 dollars for trash wh3n I usually order from there it's not always perfect to much sauce the pizza is cold and greasey but iv never complained until now if your going to order from this place I would walk in I had mine delivered so maybe they don't care what it looks or taste like wh3n they deliver because your not in the restaurant in there face to complian I did call the restaurant and spoke with the manager but my issue was not resolved I'll never be ordering from that place again!!

I use to love ordering from this particular Papa John's but I've ordered there twice this month and both times the pizza was not only cold but it tasted awful for some reason. Don't know what's going on over there these days but it definitely isn't the same Papa John's I use to order from.

I ordered a pizza through door dash and Papa John's in Louisa, KY made the pizza wrong. They refused to replace the pizza or refund the money, saying door dash had to handle it. I informed them that door dash didn't make the pizza and they still refused to make the mistake right. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!
