I placed my order online with DoorDash today. I got a message that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I tried to call to make sure they did get my order and there was no answer. When I showed up to get my order they had not even received it, because the waitress said she had not checked the DoorDash orders. So I canceled the order and asked for a refund.

We were so excited to try this place. It will be my first and last time. Let's start out by paying $9 for a Philly cheese steak for it to come on a hamburger bun. I was so disappointed. Service was horrible. They have 12 tables and can't handle if 8 are full. $35 for my husband and I to eat. That's ridiculous! We can eat at roadhouse and chilis for $30 and it's way better food!

Me and my cousin ate there today around 12:30 , I had the catfish , green beans and mashed potatoes with brown gravy and hush puppies, the green beans had a awful after taste and the mashed potatoes (which I figured was instant , you can make instant potatoes and have them not taste like instant ) really tasted bad and the brown gravy had a awful taste, the hush puppies was almost burnt , the catfish tasted some what okay but was just that ,okay..my cousin had a pork chop , which was so tough she couldn't cut it and soup beans , that was hard and looked like they just had been poured out of the can and heated up , and the corn bread had no taste and flat and dry. The waitress never brought her any butter or offered butter for her corn bread, it was so dark in there when we got there , cause all the lights was off and the one waitress asked the other girl to turn the lights on which was great for a thought , we actually could see the menu , but was short lived when some one at the bar asked for them to be turned off.. so we just left the food and went to Burger King and ate. Hats off to the people that like to eat here , just not for me, and we won't be back!!

The servers and people are nice enough. But the owner is just hateful. He just runs around cussing. Heat was unbearable, food was average. Overall experience was unpleasant. Hoping it was just a one off experience.

Service was terrible. Couldn't get a refill and the 2 waitresses stayed outside more than they were inside. Took a long time to get food too. Had to walk to the counter top and ask for a refill. The food however was pretty good.
Great service and even better food!
Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights are sooo funnnn!
This is a great place for the whole family.

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was really good, but I thought the Onion Rings were very greasy. Dining area isn't very big!
Ordered Ruben..very disappointed. Bread wasnt toasted and the amount of corn beef is laughable. Ordered the large tots and the grease they were fried in taste terrible. First and last time eating here. Paid 15.00 for this. Last picture is the amount of corn beef off the grease soaked bread. Can't eat it! This was originally ordered as door dash. When no one accepted the order to be delivered to my hotel, I called and asked if I could still pick up. They could have offered to make me a new sandwich and kegs since they told me that doordash is hit or miss in this area. I am being fair. I paid $15.00 and I threw it in the garbage.

This food was phenomenal. Service was awesome and for our first experience and not being from Louisa it was a treat.I had a Reuben- which rates very high for me. The flavor profile was there.Wife had a Ralphy burger and I was impressed with that as well.It's hard getting good service and good food anymore, waste of time and money half the time and I did not feel that way leaving here. I am excited to go back.
