I just ordered from drive Thur; I ordered cheese quesadilla no jalapeño sauce. Two tostadas with no meat light lettuce, extra cheese no red sauce. I received a chicken quesadilla with jalapeño sauce, Two starters with lettuce and cheese and that’s all. They literally never get my order right. They deserve no stars but lowest I could give is 1. When go back to get right is a fight. That a lot of money to get order wrong and to just throw away.
A real gem of an establishment, When we walked in immediately an employee greeted us and helped us order from the kiosk (he actually did the order for us on the touch screen) and the food was amazingly hot and fresh. The customer service was extremely pleasant because it's rarely seen nowadays. We we're quite surprised when we walked in the back and saw the rocking chairs and rattan swing chairs that gave it a country vibe that we absolutely LOVED! also the facility was nice and clean. Bravo to the employees for an exceptional experience at this particular Taco Bell! 5‐?????

Absolutely ridiculous how snobby and and petty the workers are there. They make their Sour Cream an extra Dollar and then won’t even put it on the taco and when I took it up there and asked for them to put a little bit on there, they made a whole new taco and put the sour cream in a cup. Petty and absolutely ridiculous. Why you working there if you don’t want to do the job? Go do a different job? A Supreme taco has Meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sour cream. Never worked there a day in my life and I know that much. The owner or store manager needs to have a serious talk with their employees. This place is an absolute joke.

Clean inside and outside. Drive thru was friendly and had excellent service. Food was just right. highly recommend.
This place is amazing! I had never seen a Taco Bell this fancy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though we were required to order via kiosk, a very friendly and attentive employee made herself available if we had any questions or issues. The atmosphere was awesome, with all the guitars and musical nods in the decor.

So, my friend has had problems with the pick up, the past two times, they’ve acted like the order isn’t placed. Even though it was paid for and she got the confirmation number . Had to call and tell them about it both times. The second time she got told to hold on a second and the phone was sat down for 5 minutes and no one came back to it. Not trying to be a Karen or just complain but the first time she had to cancel the order. Just be careful about the mobile orders and pick up!
