moved to the area this year and every time we drive past buffalo bar, i always comment on stopping here to eat out on the patio. it’s bar food, so nothing to write home about, but it was fine. you order at a window in the bar and pick up your food when it’s ready. biggest complaint— the constant stench of cigarette smoke. i can tell this is a local hangout, which is nice, but just not our vibe.
My first time visiting this neighborhood bar. Drinks were ICE COLD and affordable. A decent bourbon selection too. The bar seemed to be very clean and fresh for such a historic place. We also enjoyed the patio area, with games and music.
I stopped in while waiting for a class to start one evening. I had a couple of drafts and ordered a flatbread. Everyone was very nice and the flatbread came out fast and HOT!! they had some local made hot sauce that I put on as well.
I recommend and will stop in again when in the area.
