Conserva | Wine & Tapas | Ludlow, KY

4 of us were doing what we fondly call a Nibbles and Sips excursion in Ludlow yesterday. We have done them in several locations throughout the United States. So happy we stopped here. Atmosphere, staff, service and of course the food were all amazing. we nibbled on 4 dishes plus split 2 of the desserts along with a fine bottle of vino. Now that we have found this place we will bring a large group to do another Nibbles and Sips event here. Thank You

Loved this little Spanish cafe!

An absolute gem!!! Found this place on a whim while in town for my nephew's band competition and I felt like I was transported back to Spain. Each dish was prepared with love and tasted phenomenal this is a place where you need to value quality over quantity because I was in a bar prior to dining here and they commented on when you leave you will want to go to X for after dinner snacks .....no I don't! I know what food food is!
I left super happy and felt like it was one of the best meals I'd had in months. This is a true tapas restaurant. Order a dish or two and then see how you feel.....want more? Order more. This is how I love to eat multiple small plates so I can experience it all.
The wine list is great, they even had a wonderful boutique vineyard that I had visited while I was in Spain two years ago in the Priorot region.
Service was great without being overbearing. The owner made wonderful suggestions and pairings.
I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area and if they wanted to expand their domain please come to the Charlotte, NC region as I would be a regular customer!!!!!!!

We went to a night of all you can eat paella and sangria. We indulged in the mariscos and veggie paella, both were very rich in taste and delicious ingredients.
The atmosphere is very cozy and service was great. Definitely planning to come back!

A lovely spot in a lovely area! The food was absolutely delicious, and the owners were very helpful in answering questions & making suggestions of what to order. Definitely try the Spanish 75 cocktail!

Unbelievably excellent! It is a very small space so highly recommend reservations, but the food, wine and service were impeccable. Get the goat cheese stuffed peppadews. You will not be disappointed. They even had live music which was a nice touch. They own the little wine and cheese store next door that I am hoping to get over to soon.

What a great way to bring in the new year! My husband and I had a lovely dinner that won’t soon be forgotten. Pablo was our server and was just perfect in every way. This was our first time at Conserva and we can’t wait to come back for some tapas.

Food was incredible. The best authentic Spanish food you can find in NKY/Cincy area hands down. Couldn’t even take more pictures because we were too busy eating.

My husband and I finally got a chance to dine at Conserva with some friends last night. Everything was perfect, from the service, to the food, to the wine! We had many small plates, but the chorizo sliders were everyone's favorite. We paired our meal with a bottle of wine recommended by our friends, who recently enjoyed this bottle when they were in Spain earlier this year! My friends were raving about everything and we all talked about who else we could bring to this gem of a restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful evening Conserva!

We dined on a Wednesday without reservations and had no problem getting a table. The service was excellent. We ordered about 6 plates and dessert and were both highly satisfied as for as portions. All of the dishes were incredible. Our server really made us comfortable with an unfamiliar menu and had great recommendations. The menu is inspired and every dish was unique and delicious. Highly recommended!

Quaint and full of character, this tapas restaurant had the authenticity, pace and cordialness that you really can’t find most places today. This is a must, and engaging.

This place is a hidden gem! The owners are amazing and knowledgeable- great service and amazing food- do yourself a favor and get the white beans- Guiso De Butifarra Y Alubias Blancas- and get an order to go! Sincerely a delight and made for a wonderful date night.
