After ordering twice, 30 minutes before it closed..(and I'm 5 minutes away and I tip well).. just to have my order voided TWICE by the store.. because they didn't want to do their job..LAME!... And the cowards won't answer the phone either

Understaffed place. I got in and the person at the cashier was servicing someone in front of me, then left me saying he will be back in 1 minute. Five minutes passed while he was working on pizzas and I didn’t feel anyone cared, nor did I feel I will get my order ready any time soon since there are only two busy workers managing the whole place and avoiding eye contact with me anyway.

They made me a fresh pizza with such a reasonable price. This place is cheaper than little Caesars and tastes a million times better. The food the service and the environment is great! Nick and Stacy are amazing would recommend their service ANY TIME!

Absolutely terrible! They used to be so good I would order weekly from them but recently I ordered something from them and I was shocked at what they sent me! I was sent a pizza that wasn’t even cooked barely any sauce nothing if I could upload a picture I totally would but it won’t let me. No refund or anything either. Don’t waste your money here

This is an absolute joke! To literally send a customer a pizza that looks like this! I see why they are under new management. This pizza isn’t even cooked! I used to order here every other day but it has gone down hill quickly almost every order I get from them is disgusting. Hopefully something is done about this

Excellent pizza, I haven’t had dominos in years but it was in walking distance of our Airbnb. Ordered online ready in 20. Service was great, they offered plates, napkins and parm without even asking.

This is the best Domino's in the area, or even the best one I've never lived near. All my orders are perfect, they never miss. The bake is always just right. The staff is always super friendly and polite too. Give everyone who works here a raise.

Ordered delivery a few months ago. Took 3 hours for delivery. Pizza was COLD, tater tots were burnt beyond recognizing. the excuse I was giving was the managers mother OD and he had to leave. I expressed my condolences and request a refund. They refused. Contacted corporate, no response . I will never go to Domino's, especially the Ludlow location. It's a hang out for druggies, drunks and thrives. The staff ignores you when you pick up an an order and are rude. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Was supposed to get a full refund a week ago still haven’t received it . They messed my food up then they only delivered half my food had to go back and get the rest of the food (it was all cold at this point) horrible management!!!
