I went today and I was 7th or 8th from the window in the left lane next to the building. It was 32 minutes before I got up front to get my drink. The right side lane cars were getting their orders taken ahead of time and they were moving very fast. No one took my order until I was 3rd in line. I was so mad ðŸ˜

This was my second time going, first time getting coffee the first time was a energy drink I didn't care for, nothing on their part. I am over the road truck driver, I had a favorite coffee shop that was closed down. I had the Smooth 7 and I didn't have to add anything to it and I was impressed with their service and quality of the coffee. I have new favorite coffee shop. The lines are long because of they are kicking starbuck's ass

The coffee is great and the staff is friendly, but my gosh the line and the wait. It routinely takes over 20 minutes of my time, and it is by far the worst stand I’ve visited in that regard. I truly hope that improves!

New addiction, love the chillers line of delicious beverages. Service is standard drive thru multi Service brand. Only ranked atmosphere 3, pretty much just chill and wait in your car for your next in line rotation. Didn't try any food but so couldn't give ratings, but ad for coffee Starbucks is doomed!

The line was so long and the waiters took forever the coffee was good. They need to expand there business and I think it would be better it JS took so long. It took atleast a additional 10 minutes to get our coffee after waiting 30 mins

Very amazing staff! I come daily! People complaining about the wait time and no order takers every now and then obviously don’t know how a business runs as you sometimes have call outs, etc that can’t be helped. Amazing place to get drinks!

Be aware: Very, very slow. Especially compared to those in Bowling Green which are each multiple times faster. I suppose this one is under staffed or mismanaged. As others have noted, they do not have order takers queuing up orders. Normally you’d see at least half of the line’s orders taken at any given time. I can only assume this is because they are under staffed and needing to assist with making drinks, which worries me about hygiene. My last two visits in August have been the same experience: 20+ minutes stuck in line…
