Not a frequent visitor of applebees but went there on a whim. Had the grilled cheese sandwich burger, it came with some tomato soup, it was surprisingly good. Service was a good experience also.

Asked for a medium rare steak, came out mostly medium well and dry, sent it back, then they sent this steak out. It was rare in some spots, mostly fat, and overall a disgrace to the meat. Had to take it home and attempt to save the meat. Would not recommend getting a steak from there.

I will start with my server was great! ( NICK ) but the atmosphere was not good because there were tables as much as 5 consecutive of them that needed to be cleaned of dishes, and a manager was to busy doing nothing. he walked around the bar area and in server stations leaning on wall. it felt like there was no team work together. this was on 11/ 25/ 25 at about 7;30 pm. I believe the manager was named Ethan.

The food at Madisonville Applebee's is great!!! You can always expect to be greeted with a smile from the amazing hostess Claire. My waitress Margaret was very accommodating to my child as well and always kept a watch on our drinks! Madisonville Applebee's is the best!!!
Delicious. It had been a while since we had been in an Applebee's. The menu is not the same. We got some lunch specials. Not your typical bland chain restaurant flavors. The hot food was hot. The cold food was cold. Everything was very tasty. Even the manager came by to check on us. Our server was excellent.
