Been there twice since the new remodel and both times the line was out the door and the drive through was all the way out of their parking lot. The workers were running around like it was their first day. They also seemed very understaffed with no management.

I went to the drive thru so I can't speak on the atmosphere inside dining area. But lady at window was friendly. Food was good. But I asked for ketchup for my fries and when I looked in bag there was none.

I go here 90% of the time in the afternoon and have nothing but pleasant experiences with very nice workers, at around 9am this Wednesday I had a lady with a tattoo on her face, neck, and arms be very rude. I didn't catch her name, but she was VERY rude and dismissive. Throwing her arms up and shaking her head because I was supposed to tell her something that usually the other employees just ask first. Watched her behind the counter be very unclean and tossed my bag of food on the counter and said my name and walked off. People like her make these places hard to want to go to

Really order a bacon king burger with tomato and it literally had the tomato rind not even a slice, this the second time I have tried this burger King since they reopened and the food last time was cold and chicken nuggets rubberized, this burger King workers apparently don't care about customers food ,won't be back again, I will drive across town to south main

Absolutely disgusting ordered from the drive thru and Carol working the window served my food not wearing any gloves and had some nasty rash all over her hand and wrist. And wouldn't even give a refund or anything. This is how customers gets treated their I guess.

The drive through about 30 mins… seems like ur waiting FOREVER. Idk why but they are always backed up. Don’t go on lunch break or you might not make it back to work in time!!!
