So apparently DoorDash takes priority over dine in orders that are sitting on the counter ready to be put on a tray and given to the customer who is dining in the store. Our order sat for 10 minutes while the lady focused all her attention on the DoorDash bc the dasher was already there, walked in after we got our drinks. Um, what? Then the lady who took our order and bagged the DoorDash got an attitude bc we were upset our order sat there for so long. Needless to say, our food was cold and poorly assembled. Falling apart and dripping sauces everywhere. Don't come here during night shift I guess. Yikes.

Short staffed. One person in the drive thru waiting to order his food in front of me and I am not sure how long he was waiting before I pulled up. But I waited behind him for at least 30 minutes and then he got irritated and left. I pulled up they took my order within no time and apologizing more than once at the speaker waited in-line probably another 20 minutes. When I got to the window she was so apologetic and very sweet. Only 2 people working In the whole restaurant. Which is just awful because it just made hard them 2 people.

Been there twice since the new remodel and both times the line was out the door and the drive through was all the way out of their parking lot. The workers were running around like it was their first day. They also seemed very understaffed with no management.
