Went to South Main Street Madisonville Kentucky for breakfast they were supposed to open at 7 Am. I got there at 6:55 got in the drive thru at exactly 7 and 2 cars in front of me drove off. When I went through the drive thru they tell me another 15 minutes. I get ready to leave the so called employees are out back smoking. You'll never catch me or my Family there again.

I've been to several Burger Kings and sometimes you really get disappointed tonight we went there it was pretty late but this place made it nice and fresh and it was great service and one of the best ones I've had in a long time I had to Whopper my wife got the fish and my daughter got the chicken

Visit on 8/2/2025* Upon arriving to the speaker we were told that only TWO employees were currently working and that time may be delayed. We waited patiently and had a rather large order. Despite having a bit of extra wait time (completely understandable), the food came out correctly- and fresh! We maybe waited a total of 10-15 minutes- Ive waited longer at fully staffed places before. The drive thru worker (I believed was named Robin) was polite and apologetic for the wait time explaining that other crew members had walked out midshift leaving only two behind to run the whole store. Both her and the other worker deserve one heck of a raise, imo. They kept the store running with a little bit of grace and whole lot of great attitude. Very happy with their service and a hot, delicious meal.

Had problems with multiple orders, no httyd cup or promo sprinkles for the sundae and missing items multiple times. Staff didn't seem like they cared or knew what they were even doing.

The order was wrong. Soft drinks ( coke) tasted like dirt. It was disgusting. Paid money for something that couldn't even drink. Won't go back. Drive through was slow and not many cars.
