This is the third time I've been here The worst service I've ever had I got a pint of coleslaw and they didn't even fill it barely half full and told me that was a pint four people in front of me were complaining I waited over 13 minutes just to get a pint of coleslaw The time before that they told me it was cod when it wasn't cod I used to run one years ago few months back when I went in there for a job interview I turned around and left The back was as nasty as it could be I will never eat there again

All the fried food was saturated in grease. Over 30 minutes to get 2 dinners. The girl who brought out the food had a bad attitude. The windows were nasty. This business needs new management. For the same money I spent, I could have gone to the farm house and been finished eating by the time the captain ds food was served. Won't be back.

Filthy, employees attire filthy, leftover food on tables and in floors. Employee cook sitting out front in clogs playing with his feet. One employee wearing a sweat shirt that looked like she was doing yard work. Windows filthy. Counter tops filthy. I could go on. This will be our last visit.

First of all, service was incredibly slow even for Captain D's. It took 30 minutes to get served and I was the only one in line. One dinner was fine. The four fillets I ordered were one regular size and 3 half sizes. As always there are items on the menu that were unavailable. This seems to be the norm here. Based on cost customers receive better service and quality at any on the other eateries in town. Based on canned responses to previous reviews it appears there is desire to change or improve.

Very disappointed I got unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea, okra was small portion for the up charged. Young man in drive-thru was very pleasant, but seemed overwhelmed due only person on the front counter. I wish I saved my $33.01 and went somewheres else.

Just had lunch. What happened? Use to be pretty good. Fish different long and skinny batter was not the same. Slaw was awful usually good. Even green beans and hushpuppies were not as good. Also like the sweet and sour sauce told me their site can no longer get it from Captain D's. Won't be back.

The service is slow. The dining room is very nasty. Tables are not clean at all. The food doesn't taste fresh. It is cold or slightly warm. There is also a phone alarm going off in the employee break room. They are more worried about there drive through. We waited about 30 minutes for our food.
