We sat at a table for 30 minutes, no waiter or waitress ever even came and asked what we wanted to drink, let alone eat. We will not be back to the madisonville ky location.

Anytime I order water to drink I never get a refill. Everyone at our table automatically gets refills but if you order water you will have to ask for a refill and then still don't get it until you're ready to leave.

Grilled chicken tenders were great , carrots cooked to perfection, biscuits great , salad great …. Baked potato was burnt and nasty and cold !

I had a wonderful lunch after church with my friends. It was excellent. Our server was such a sweet friendly young lady. She checked on us as we waited and kept us informed. Her name was Tatiana. Such a sweet girl with a great spirit

I had the Berry French Toast Bake for breakfast. It was amazing! It had great flavor with fresh fruit, and lots of whipped cream (I asked for extra because I love whipped cream) I also had the impossible sausage made from plants & it tasted great! The atmosphere was perfect. Our waitress, Kassie J, made sure our coffee was filled, answered our questions regarding our breakfast choices and made our dining experience even better with her sweet attitude.

Took family to breakfast, and knew I could count on Cracker Barrel for quality food. As I expected, the meal was delicious and served in a timely manner, and the service was great. Special thanks to our server, Bella for an outstanding job of making our meal enjoyable! I'll definitely be returning

Two of us ate lunch today. We both ordered the turkey and dressing. The small piece of turkey was burnt and had to be trimmed off. We could not eat the dressing. Tasted like they mixed meal and a little flour, maybe a few flakes parsley, very gummy. No gravy on turkey or dressing. We left went somewhere else to get something to eat. Vegatables was good. We eat here fairly often and never have we had such awful food. May be back somtime to see if improved, not sure. Too expensive to have to go somewhere else to get enough to eat.

If the place isn't busy as a paying customer you should be able to sit where you want

Breakfast was absolutely awesome. Our family had a great time all around. Definitely coming back. Tammy D was the best. If you’re lucky enough to be in her section you’ll only have the best service possible. 10/10 recommend this Cracker Barrel.

Ate at Madisonville Ky store and simply loved everything. It all starts with great employees at the store, especially our waitress Lora. She made the experience even better with her professional, yet personable attitude. Overall outstanding
