No matter what Cracker Barrel I visit, the atmosphere is nice, the choice of gifts/items is varied, the food is good; and, the employees are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Several items wrong with our order. Once remade, the rest of the meal was cold. I do not like having to pay extra for apple butter or regular hash browns ( that money does not go to the book)

We, unknowingly, went in 20 minutes before closing. We ended up being the last customers there. Food was really good, Madison's service was great, they made us feel welcome, & didn't rush us out.

The experience of food, service and atmosphere was pretty good. What I did not like Was trying to use a gift card that had Cracker Barrel on it, and they said they could not take it because their security codes used for digits and the card had three. It did not make any sense.
So we had to pay the full amount, but only went there so we could Save money by using our card

My server Rylan was amazing! We never had to ask for a refill and one always appeared. She was incredibly kind and even though she was busy she still checked in.

We went to Cracker Barrel on our way home from Kentucky Lake in Madisonville, Kentucky. We were seated promptly and had a waitress check on us without a long wait. Our waitress name was Kassie. She was very nice, very efficient, and did an amazing job serving us. All of our food came out without a long wait and was hot and fresh. The decor was the same as we’ve always remembered and made us feel very much, At Home. I have nothing but praise for this location of Cracker Barrel and for our waitress. We even had a lot of food to take home. The biscuits were as good as we remembered. Everything we had was great. Great job Cracker Barrel.

We sat at a table for 30 minutes, no waiter or waitress ever even came and asked what we wanted to drink, let alone eat. We will not be back to the madisonville ky location.

Anytime I order water to drink I never get a refill. Everyone at our table automatically gets refills but if you order water you will have to ask for a refill and then still don't get it until you're ready to leave.

Grilled chicken tenders were great , carrots cooked to perfection, biscuits great , salad great …. Baked potato was burnt and nasty and cold !
