This is one of my favorite Cracker Barrel locations. Service is great, portions are excellent and food is dependably tasty. We travel frequently and love going to Cracker Barrel restaurants.

Server Tisha will sleep with married men. Wife's bring your husband somewhere else. Husbands instead of going to Cracker Barrel take your woman to an OutBack for a nice big steak dinner. Food is disgusting at that location and I wouldn't want her as my server.

Arrive at 7:55pm on a Sunday night so it’s kind of empty… Get seated but never get waited on. We sit there for 15-20mins. There was probably 6-8 waitresses present but just chatting by the fireplace. The past few times we’ve went the service was terrible unless we get Amanda as our waitress. We just got up and left because at that point as they were going to be closing in 45mins.

The hostess greated us right away and sat us promptly. We sat for several minutes and had looked over both the dinner and breakfast menus before the waitress finally appeared. We placed our full order, drinks, appetizer and meal. We sat there after ordering for 20 minutes before we got our drinks, did not get the appetizer until our meal which we were there for almost an hour when the food came out. We sat with empty glasses most of the time as she did not attend the tables but kept disappearing. We had to ask 3 times for the dipping sauce for the chicken. It took us 15 mins just to find and flag her down for our bill and a box. The food was barely warm, the fish was dry and most of the food was bland. The biscuits were great. I would not recommend going to this location.

My husband and I are in our 60s and this was the worst restaurant experience of our entire lives. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. The only thing that I could say that was positive about our experience is that the food was good. The service was the most atrocious we have ever experienced. When we arrived, there were very few people in the restaurant. It took 15 to 20 minutes just to place an order. The order took a reasonable amount of time then everything went south after that. No refills of the drinks were offered, we requested boxes three times and my husband finally had to get up and get his own boxes, the waitress never brought the ticket even though she said she would so after a bit of waiting, we got up to go to the front to try to pay our bill and then the bill would not scan. My husband then stood at the front desk for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for a manager. He paid the bill and then realized he paid for our friends who were sitting next to us, but yet our drinks were on their ticket. Then he had to wait yet again to get the ticket part straightened out. Then our friends called us later and said they got their meal free! They had also messed up on their food as well having to correct types of food that they had received. We did not get our meal for free. We had just driven five hours and had stopped to get a meal and we had to stay at the restaurant for about 2 1/2 hours total. We were certainly extra weary travelers by then. That sure makes us never to want to return to any Cracker Barrel ever again.

Coffee was warm..sausage was room temp..pancakes were warm..pancake syrup was cold.I go to Craker barrel for their pancakes and I will say this last visit they were terrible..If their going to serve cold syrup then I won't come back for breakfast. The eggs were the only thing that was hot and fresh tasting..And our bill was $62.00 I was very disappointed in the quality of the food for this price.

I placed a carry out order and got home before I realized I was missing the 10 chicken tenders I ordered and the biscuits that were supposed to come with the family meal. Call the store and they knew right away they'd left the tenders out but argued with me over the biscuits. Finally told me to come get them. I said it would have to be another time because I lived too far away. Picked them up the next night. The stored was not busy but I waited 25 minutes for 10 tenders and a box of biscuits. And the tenders were pathetic. If I'd known they were going to be so bad I wouldn't have even went back for them. They were the smallest chicken tenders I'd ever seen and hard as rocks.

Had to wait about 20 mins for my order. This was my first time visiting this location when my order was brought out I asked the guy if all the dressing and jellies were in there and he said yes ma’am. Well no they were not! I didn’t receive all my condiments, no salad dressing had to call to have them brought out. Then they still didn’t give me my hot sauce. How hard it is to read the ticket?
Dissatisfied with this experience.
I requested no cheese and I got cheese!
