Took my mom to lunch today at Denny's and I have to say it was the worst burger I have ever had from a restaurant. It had so many hard grissly pieces in it I couldn't eat half of it before I said that was enough. The quality of their food is very subpar and I don't recommend anyone eat there or at least not a burger from there. Also they were completely out of mustard which is crazy for a place that serves burgers I mean go to the store and get some until your shipment comes in. Needles to say I will not be returning to their establishment.

Have never been here before and probably won’t be back. I received a notice for my online order ready. 4:05 pm arrived and was told it is almost ready. Finally at 4:23pm it was brought out. There were 8 people in the whole restaurant. And 2 people wait for their order in front of me. The one guy had to come back in after he got his order. I get home with my order and no plasticware. 1 small dressing for an entree salad. No dressing for the side salad. It was all thrown in the bag. The fish had so much salt almost couldn’t finish. I requested no cheese and there was traces of cheese. The service was no good at all.

To the young man (chief) and young lady (waitress) that was working Tuesday November 12 at about 11 pm i just want to say thank you so much for your kindness and the food was absolutely delicious and amazing definitely will be returning and recommend this location!❤️

The service was very bad! They severed unfresh lettuce and we did not get half of our food. One of our orders did not even come out till we was half way done eating! They did not serve us all the food we asked for. We was charged extra for the fries that come with the meal twice. Our cups were empty for 20+ mins till we asked for a refill. I will not be returning. Other customers were leaving because their food was never given to them. It is not acceptable for our meal for a family of 4 was 72$.

We went in our local Dennys for a quick Friday night family meal. When we got it there took a while to be seated as the workers were pre occupied. Also we finally got seated and got our food ordered. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. We got our food and everything was cold nothing was the least bit warm. After the long wait we decided to just eat it's going on 7pm. We get our ticket and get ready to pay and head to the counter. We give the lady our ticket and she's asking about our experience. My husband says it was horrible the girl proceeds to laugh in his fave and says we'll your totals $56 cash or card. We leave and call the manager on call. He honestly was the best easy going guy and re embursed our whole meal. He was the best experience out of the whole meal! So thank you sir! The staff there is normally great we love it, but that evening crew is rude and act like they have other places to be.

My food was cold. They didn't put my chicken with my meal lol had to wait again for that. Everyone's dinner was messed up. The manager ended up scraping stuff off and adding what we originally wanted. That was gross. It was the night manager.
