I thought my order was wrong when the delivery guy got there, when I said let me check my phone he thru up his hands and said we didn't do anything wrong and you're not going to tip!! I gave him tip money after I'd already put a tip on my card, I told him it he was going to be hateful to give it back and he did. I did order wrong I admit that but he was rude to demand a tip after I'd already paid one online. They were also rude when I called after an hour waiting when the tracker said 18-28 minutes. Said not sure why it told me that they had 20 orders and 1 driver. I get it they're short staffed I am too but I've never been treated as badly by food service workers as I have been today. Also the garlic bites and pizza were all way over cooked, again I get being short staffed, if I'd been treated properly I would have eaten it and just been grateful for delivery on a cold Drury day. I should have just taken my lazy butt to little Ceasars
