Ordered a medium white sauce extra cheese pizza. Got a small with no white sauce or extra cheese. way too much crust. Called them they said they would give me credit. They called back and said I was wrong. The guy said he cut the pizza himself and it was right. He said he must have put it in the wrong box. A medium won't fit in a small box. Owner said they would look into it and contact me. Never happened
Ordered a pizza for delivery last night. It was the one with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, sliced tomatoes and meatballs. Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had! The entire bottom of the box was soaked in grease, the mozzarella was heavy and gummy, the meatballs, I don't know what those were but they weren't any kind of quality meatballs. The pizza was just bland. I had a few bites of one piece and thats all I could stand of that! Twenty dollars completely wasted!
Why?? How can you make such an awful pizza?? Ridiculous!
Needless to say, I doubt I'll ever take a chance and order anything from them again. I can't afford to waste the money.
I will say though, the lady that delivered my pizza was a real sweetheart!

I honestly think Marco's is the best consistent pizza in town. The only major complaint that I have is that their android app is garbage and even worse than Domino's, and that's saying a lot. You can't earn any points for your account if the app doesn't work...

While making a payment the stores systems went down. When they came up it still said that I owed a payment. I paid with a different card when the first card was declined. However, the payment did go through. The card was declined because of a duplicate charge for the same transaction. So, before leaving the store I showed the shift manager I was told it would be reversed within two days. After two days with no action, I returned to try to address the issue. First the district manager was too busy to address the issue. When he finally did get involved, he said it would have to go through corporate to fix it and return money to the first card. The cashier and the two shift managers were courteous and respectful. Not so with the District Manager of the store. It appears now that the issue has now been resolved

Marco's is usually the best in town. Last night they were busy and handed our order off to door dash. They did not call and inform us of this decision. I would have canceled the order if I had known. An hour later the guy pulls up with the food. My 5 year old grandson is with me. The guy has a woman in the car with him. She is cursing at him as he puts the food in my hand and walks away. The food was cold. Not even luke warm. I call the restaurant. Guys says not their fault because they handed it off to door dash. So nothing can be done. So now restaurants are going to hand our deliveries to door dash and say they are not responsible after that. Door dash is also not responsible because the original order is not through them. Terrible way to do business Marco's. I will take my business elsewhere.

Parking: It's in a strip mall so depends on how busy the other businesses are.
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly in my opinion because there isn't much room inside and to my recollection no seating.

Order the cheesesteak barely had any meat on. It looks like they dumped a can of mushrooms on. It had more mushrooms than meat it was dry. The bread was toasted as hard as a hockey puck only 1.4 miles away. Also got a salad is all wilted nasty, I’ll never order from them again I’m not saying Marco is a bad company but you need to put a A little bit of quality in there cause there was none
