I’ve called the store an I’ve called customer service showed the receipt what I’ve purchased I never received my food because they was closed because of the weather the manager told me it’s not there problem it’s the apps problem

I will never spend another dime at this location. Very disappointed.
Ordered breakfast well before breakfast was over, we arrive to get it and they inform us they are no longer serving it so the cashier offers a refund. We pull off to reorder lunch, the app is only showing breakfast so we go in to place an order. The manager is RUDE, to every customer having an issue. Many people ordered breakfast and we're basically told "that's tough" and her only option to fix it is to give lunch instead of fixing what was PAID for in advance before breakfast was done. We've never had this experience at this McDonald's before, very disappointing the manager and girls running cash up front are laughing at people for it not being handled properly.
