Cancel an order for the wrong location and they canceled my new order too. Just trying to be petty don’t call and cancel your order just don’t pick it up

Would give zero stars if I could.. Saturday March 15 I ordered online tried calling to add a cheese dip but the lady who answered was rude. No wonder you guys have a we are still open sign outside.. rude service poor quality can't wait to see this store go under

Ordered a pizza, wings, and buffalo chicken melt. Delivery address was to apartment building. Delivered at 4:57 but go to check outside and nothing was left, call the store and the female manager tells me that it is close and should be there shortly. 5:21 pm comes around and still no sign of my order. Call the store and of course the driver is going to say they delivered the pizza but doorbell footage shows otherwise. Even if the wrong address was input no delivery driver was ever caught on camera dropping off my order to the adjacent apartment. Manager states that she would “fire the person who placed the order” instead of making it right for the customer who spent their money with them

After ordering the pizza AND leaving a TIP at a None Waiter Restaurant, I asked for Icing in which they were out. So I thought let me get a different sauce in place of the Icing. Dude was gonna charge me an additional $2.00 for the sauce. Seriously, come on man. We just left you a $5.00 tip and you're going to charge me for the sauce. Keep your sauce brother and your business. This is a town of less than 25,000 people. It's a small town mentality on top of that. I understand you have to make your margins, but you don't have to gouge on the sauce man. It's cheap sauce anyway. If you want to have a Good Business, then DO good business. If you don't care, well there's nothing that anyone can say to change that. Have a great day.
Parking: Parking lot is a pizza hut parking lot. When they're busy, it's full and very worn out.

Order the vegetable pizza and 3x chocolate brownies, was a good diner for the family.
This is a bad place to get pizza from for the money..domino's is 30 yards from this location..go there..went today waited forever to get order. No sauce on pizza..every time we go to this location the I guess day shift manager has a problem. I.have talked to other employees that have worked there..I would suggest that management take a look at this location for a management change locally..this is not the first time I have gotten bad product from this location..but It will be the last..

Will take my business back to the Owensboro location. They didn't have pan crust so we ordered the hand tossed like they recommended. When we got the pizzas there was barely any sauce on them and the crust was so thin that it seemed like it was put on a burrito shell. Never again
