After ordering the pizza AND leaving a TIP at a None Waiter Restaurant, I asked for Icing in which they were out. So I thought let me get a different sauce in place of the Icing. Dude was gonna charge me an additional $2.00 for the sauce. Seriously, come on man. We just left you a $5.00 tip and you're going to charge me for the sauce. We ordered 45 pizzas for an event. We needed them close to the time they open. They were hot and ready on time, we appreciate all the hard work by the staff!! The pizza was a hit!!!
Honestly my past drive thru experiences here haven't been great, kinda surly employees and a lot of times something is missing or wrong. But today Tyrone Wilkes got my order for me and has by far been the most cordial employee I've met at this Pizza Hut. I haven't even ate any of it yet, I just want you to know that he's good at customer service and I hope he's there next time I pick up a pizza.
