I love pizza hut! Need to try the big New Yorker. Delicious! When they first opened in the new spot i ordered from them 3 times my pizza was burnt or not cooked all the way! But when Susan started thats when the magic started .l she's always got a smile on her face. She always makes sure im taking care of. She's the reason I keep coming back. Keep up the good work pizza hut. I'll be seeing u soon.
I had placed an order online and realized the order was completely different when I got home. And while yes it is frustrating, I know how things can happen and mistakes are made. I called and spoke with someone and they were super apologetic and replaced my whole order.
After ordering the pizza AND leaving a TIP at a None Waiter Restaurant, I asked for Icing in which they were out. So I thought let me get a different sauce in place of the Icing. Dude was gonna charge me an additional $2.00 for the sauce. Seriously, come on man. We just left you a $5.00 tip and you're going to charge me for the sauce. Keep your sauce brother and your business. This is a town of less than 25,000 people. It's a small town mentality on top of that. I understand...
