Meal portion of popcorn shrimp is very undersized. After complaint, staff just said that was it. Seriously, could fit the shrimp in a small sides container.

Over priced

Maybe we came in on the backside of a rush but the dining room needed some attention. The food was cooked hot and fresh and the staff was nice enough. This is our favorite fried chicken so we always allow extra grace!

Wait in line 10 minutes just to be told that it's going to be 12 minutes on my chicken no thank you and just to clarify I wanted three pieces of chicken

The food (mainly the sides) have taken a hit since the store first opened. Chicken is always good. We won’t discuss the biscuits.
The staff is super friendly.
The store itself…the company needs to make repairs. It’s still a relatively new store and there are broken, leaky, busted looking areas in the lobby. The employees can’t fix these. Corporate needs to step it up

Ordered through doordash for two sandwiches and only received one. When placing another order after getting refund from doordash for a third of the original price not close to what I paid I called to get another sandwich giving them the benefit of the doubt on the accident and asked them to include another sandwich for the one they miplaced ontop of the one I was getting and they refused stating that I had already been reimbursed. The reimbursement wasn't even for the whole meal which the sandwich that I did get was cold when I received it immediately after it was dropped off. Poor service and rude staff. No wonder they have a 3. something review status at the time of writing.

Only two employees working, in front one in back. The lady work register and taking orders wa extremely rude to customers and. Her employee. It was very obvious she didn’t want to be bothered

I'm done & will not go back. This is the 3rd time I've gone to order & they've told me I'd have to wait because nothing is cooked. 1st trip was told it'd be 15 mins, it took nearly 40 min. And the ordered came out wrong. 2nd time was told 10 mins & it was nearly 30. Tonight was the 3rd trip. Nothing cooked, was told it would be 12 mins. No thank you, you aren't fooling me again. I will not go back after tonight. I don't see how that place stays open, they never have anything cooked. Every trip I made, I was literally the only customer there, so there's no reason I should have had to wait that long. The employees there very clearly do not want to have to do any work.

We were very unsatisfied with this location. Our order was incorrect and we had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for our food. There wasn't anyone else in the drive thru nor the restaurant! The customer service was very poor, rude and very u professional. Our food was terrible. You couldn't even eat the fries due to the grease that was pouring from them. The chicken was not seasoned the way Popeye's chicken is seasoned.
This place of business is not ran properly and you can tell by the customer service. The gentleman who took our order was extremely rude and had an attitude at the drive thru window. They didn't have lids for the drinks . They had to go find them as we were told to wait in the parking lot. Our drinks were brought to us without our food. We waited another 15 minutes for our food to be delivered. The cook delivered our food . He had on an apron covered in flour and when asked what was the issue. He stated orders were messed up! There was no one there but us! Poor service and this location has lost our business.

After reading the bad reviews we were reluctant to try it.
We had tried one in Fl and didn't like it.
Chicken was hot and crispy.
Slaw and biscuit was good.
Didn't like the gravy on mashed potatoes.
May leave it off next time.
Place was clean.
There were a few drops of water coming out of AC in ceiling.
I belive it was condensation.

We went In the dining room me and my son . It was a mess , we were the only ones there . The roof was leaking and it wasn't raining I guess it was from the air conditioner . But not being cleaned up or fixed. We got our food he rang it up wrong . It was 30$ for me and my son to eat but it was because he added extra food I didnt order. well I went to lady at the register she was so nice about my ticket being wrong though , instead of a refund I just had her give me the food that was rang up extra instead of a refund . I sat down and started eating and it was so gross ?. My son said the chicken smelled like a real chicken. The macaroni was so greasy we couldnt even eat it ? it was disgusting . We just threw it away and left . This place was so good when it first opened. They really need to get better management and fast , everytime I go by there are no customer but now I know why I love Popeyes I hope it gets better soon ! Wanted to add the workers were really nice and helpful though !
