I always love coming to the rallys in madisonville! They always are super fast, foods always hot and fresh and very nice people in the window! Definitely alot better than the wendys across the street.
There was no line to wait for my online order to be picked up. Out of 5 sandwiches 2 were made incorrectly. The gentleman at the window took back the ones made wrong and quickly gave me the correct sandwiches. Everything was fresh and tasted great.
Food is great as always. Food was cooked fresh, so everything was nice and hot when we got it, none of those soggy fries that have sit in the warmer for a bit too long. The drive-in was voiced and operated by an AI that took my order with surprising detail and got everything right on the first try.I highly recommend the chicken bites box they have. It comes with popcorn chicken and their awesome fries, also comes with a drink and your choice of dipping sauce.
