Service was very slow plus I ordered and paid for a route 44 drink and I received a medium size drink instead. My BLT sandwich was missing the tomato and onion that I requested. When I told the carhop that my drink was supposed to be a Route 44 all she said was " Is that right" then she walked away. I had already waited for 45 minutes.

I just want to say I never complain because I’ve worked in restaurant industry as a manager so long and I know how things get but this is ridiculous. I just got home almost an hour later, when I do get home with my order, my queso cups are not full there was a long brown hair in my wife’s queso cup. I received coke instead of Dr.Pepper my fry cups were not full. Granted maybe I should have checked the bag before I left but like I said I had been sitting there for almost an hour. Once the kiosk printed that “Justin” was bringing my food it took another 5-10 minutes for me to physically get my food. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this so I’ve I have two in my town I will start going to the south end one now. This was not a great experience I did provide pictures of my order. Me and my wife ate our fries and I drunk my drink it’s late at this point and I don’t want to wait another hour just to get it corrected. We can do better.

Food is generally pretty good, but the pricing is always a few more dollars than average. Also you can tip the carhops. Please tip the carhops!!
If you want Sonic food there is another one on the south side of town 5 to 10 minutes away, depending on down town traffic. I WAS a very regular here. 3 to 4 times a week, but they have become very slow & sloppy with your food, and forget it if would like to get a bag of ice. If you go to the south side they are fast and friendly. Food comes out hot & neatly put together, and you can literally order 10 bags of ice and they are happy to sale it to you. SO GO TO THE OTHER SONIC ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TOWN!!!!

Ordered a shake, sat for 15 min with no service, called to see how much longer and they tried to start the order. They never registered the first order. Last time I was here it took almost 40 minutes to get tater tots. Horrible service. There's another one on the other end of main, they do better.

These children need to find a new hang out spot so people who actually don't want to sit at a fast food place for AN HOUR FOR A MILKSHAKE can get their order and leave. Stupid ridiculous. All your workers are outside just hanging out with their friends. Do better.

The service was quick. The food was good but a little pricey for fast food in my opinion.
Parking: It is curb side dining. The waitresses don't always wear skates which they use too but I can see that being difficult at times. They bring it to your window. The food is mostly fried and full of fat but the comforting kind of food.
