Walked in because drive through was backed up. No other customers were at the counter and 3 employees completely ignored me for almost 5 min. I left and won't be back. Here's a thought foe the owner, don't hire people who don't care. There is a reason the 7Brews next door is always busy. They actually care if they stay in business or not.

I have been there twice. Once in September and once in November. Both times I got a Frappuccino . Both times it had no whip cream on it. When I ask they just said they were out. Mine you, this was like 11 am. I'm highly disappointed at this point. Its not like their products are cheap. Its an $8.00 drink and it did not come with whip cream. I did not get my moneys worth for this product. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got a cappuccino way over price very small cup was half full other half foam worst tasting drink I've ever had hucks has better waited for over 45min it was supposed to be a large at that need people that knows what they are doing at this rate they won't last long!!!!

I placed a Mobile order with more than one drink and pastry. One drink came out in about twenty minutes and an hour later my friend had finished and was ready to go and I still had not gotten the rest of the order. I went to ask about it and they said there were 14 drinks ahead. They shouldn't split up orders like that. Make sure they come out at least close to the same time. Not get one drink and the rest of the order is going to be over an hour and a half later.

It's litterally never open. I think there is only one lady who works there so if she doesn't come to work then it just doesn't open that day.
