Older place and nothing fancy, but I love Taco John tacos and the original and salsa verde sauces. They have added value meals to their menus to their menu too! So happy to find that Madisonville still has this testaurant! All have closed in my home town. Go Taco Tuesday!!!

I literally want to come back tomorrow and get more tacos and potato oles
I really wish I could leave zero stars. The only plus side to our visit was Thomas. My daughter felt so bad for him that she wanted to cry. The manager I guess did not pay attention to our order. It was the meat and potato burrito with chicken, no lettuce or tomato. Thomas rang it up, but it was made wrong the first time with lettuce and tomato, the second time with tomato, and a third time with hamburger instead of chicken. The whole time through the process the manager was putting Thomas down and yelling at him for what she said was his mistake when in all reality it was hers. Needless to say, I left hungry and very upset. Tried doing the survey, but it asked nothing about our actual experience. We will not be returning. The manager should never talk or yell at an employee in front of customers. If she had an issue, she could have pulled him aside, privately. He wasn't even in the wrong, he rang it up right, she just made it wrong three times.

I've never been to a taco Johns before, it was late and they didn't have anymore rice for the burrito I'd wanted but subbed it for extra beans instead for me and the southwest sauce and the tater tots! I want to come back to try the grillers
