Food always great but their customer service is awful. Had to turn around to get the most expensive part of my meal they left out. When coming to counter was ignore till saying excuse me. When someone finally helped she was rude a tossed the bag at me with my miss sandwich. Terrible rude service.

Terrible burger! Ordered double burger with what was advertised as LOTS of bacon, onions, tomatoes,etc. Cost was $11 for a fast food sandwich!!! I got a single and it was larger!!!

Line for the drive through was backed up to the walk in door. I was on my way to work so I thought it would be quicker to go inside. I was in line for 15 min waiting for the staff to catch up with their DoorDash orders and the drive thru. And still did not get acknowledged, I turned to the man behind me, and wished him luck, and left. The manager is extremely rude and the atmosphere is terrible. I will not be returning to the Madisonville Ky Wendy's.

Line was out the door and the drive through was backed up to the road. We were in line for 20 min waiting for the staff to catch up with their DoorDash orders and the drive through before they would even take a dine in order. They seemed to have plenty of staff, so much that during the rush they had two go on break while we waited.

We try this place every 3 months and they never have it running right. They have a bunch of rude employees that make food wrong intentionally and they under fill every size french fries with cold fries. They do not comply with corporate standards or resolutions. The manager is the rudest I have seen in years.
