Line was out the door and the drive through was backed up to the road. We were in line for 20 min waiting for the staff to catch up with their DoorDash orders and the drive through before they would even take a dine in order. They seemed to have plenty of staff, so much that during the rush they had two go on break while we waited.

We try this place every 3 months and they never have it running right. They have a bunch of rude employees that make food wrong intentionally and they under fill every size french fries with cold fries. They do not comply with corporate standards or resolutions. The manager is the rudest I have seen in years.

Went back 4 times for them to get a burger with ketchup only. Didn’t get an apology. Manager said she watched the kid fix it the third time it was wrong… She lied. These kids don’t wanna work. They were up there talking about it.

The service is good, at least today. I wasn't a fan of the girl behind the register. Talking about an attitude! My point of this review though, it's about the outside atmosphere. There is a lot of trash, especially within the trees by the parking lot. Not only is it gross but also bad for the environment. Come on! I wish people would pick up after themselves. Lazy and careless. The least the workers could do or whomever cleans up the lot, if customers don't after themselves, is clean up that trash. Even if it's not from this restaurant. It's not cool. Get a grip people. This trash is a big reason why we have so many environmental issues.
