First and foremost the service was impeccable. Impressive even, obviously being understaffed Allyssa J went well above and beyond typical service. The floors were very sticky upon entering and up until seating us. The wings were over cooked and poor. No where near the price that was charged. Again the customer service was top shelf. Everything else was sub-par.

Wrong order then replaced with nasty buffalo Mac and cheese. Manager offered no apology and seemed unconcerned. I will not spend another penny here and I have spent a lot of money at this establishment. The manager offered $1.26 refund. The only good thing was the waitress.

I spend a LOT of money at this restaurant. Tonight my daughter was given the wrong meal and when given the correct one, it was awful. The manager was unwilling to offer a refund and offered $1.26. The meal was $13.00. He offered no apology and frankly seemed unconcerned. The waitress was amazing, but I will never spend another dime in the restaurant. Apparently they’ve lost their manager and their “acting” manager is just that- acting!!!

Let me start out by saying my server Macy gave me excellent service, but food quality wise was not it. I had the chicken bacon wrap. The chicken was overcooked and fries undercooked. Make that make sense.

We’ve eaten here several times when we are in town. Never have we been disappointed. The food is honest and as advertised. The service is spot on as the conditions dictate. College football Saturday may be a bit loud but is to be expected. We’ll be back again and again. Thanks, we appreciate you.

The wait for the food was about average, nothing bad there. When my girlfriend received her food it was warm, not hot. It was under the heating lamp too long. I received my food shortly after. If you were so worried about getting her food out to her faster, you should have brought it as soon as it was done.
The atmosphere was terrible but I was not expecting it to be any better. Multiple flat screen TVs, different sizes, all set to random matches and shows. Trashy, bubblegum pop music. But like I said, I wasn't expecting anything different.
The service was the only redeemable quality. The waiter checked on us multiple times. Apologized for the subpar food and mixed drinks and tried his absolute best to make sure we were happy. Give that man a raise. Shout out the waiter Cameron for making the night amazing!

Good atmosphere, wings were overcooked both times we tried it. Service was better the first time. The draft Michelob tasted a bit off.

5 in our party. Two ordered fish. It was burnt! Another persons order was wrong. Didn’t come around to check on us or do drink refills until we were done. Prices online and on menu were not what we were charged. It appears they changed their prices (but only in their computer system)…this was pretty much confirmed when we questioned the waitress. She reminded us of the sad girl from the emotions movie. Not terribly friendly. Might need to back off the edibles. Bad music turned up really, unnecessarily loud. Maybe it’s to distract from food and service.

We really do enjoy taking advantage of the wing specials! We look for Daniel when we come in, but have not had a bad server. Its a good place to get some wings and have a beer in a relaxed atmosphere. We haven't attended trivia or singo yet, hopefully soon.
