Guy gave me the wrong order and the lady at the first window wouldn't even talk to me to give me a receipt. I will likely try to avoid coming here for awhile since it was pretty ridiculous.

went there today and my mother and grandmother placed an order but forgot to use the mobile code, when we got to the window and tried to cancel the order we were told that we were not allowed to cancel it and use our mobile code because the lady had already finalized the order even though we hadn't paid yet. when we asked for the manager the lady wouldn't even let us talk and told the manager that we were fine with what we ordered and were just going to pay for it and get what we originally ordered. We ended up paying more than 5 dollars more than what it would have cost us if the lady had let us use our code. My mother and Grandmother are on a fixed income so 5$ might not seem like a lot but for them it is. Very upset about this as i know the lady was lying and just didn't want to mess with it. They took advantage of the fact that they are elderly and don't know how to use the app or codes. Would not recommend going there until they stop trying yo take advantage of people and start doing their jobs properly instead of not doing it because they didn't want to be bothered by it.

Worst bk ever. They handed our food to another car and then tried to give it to us after the people in the car had touched it. This was after waiting 25 minutes for food.

The phone number is ALWAYS BUSY! You can never get through to them on the phone any time of day! And the last few times I’ve ordered they always forgotten some part of it! And today they shoved 4 combo meals 1 large onion ring and a Philly chicken wrap all into one bag! I attached photos! And they had us waiting on fresh onion rings just To forget to give them to me! Then had me pull up once again after they’re the ones who forgot to put them in the bag!!! We heard the alarm go off for the onion rings lol the guy just said sorry bout that as he gave us the rest the order. But I was 15 min after we got the first one! Food as coke squished and too much hassle by the time we got home and we live literally 3 miles from bk!

The new look is awesome, but unfortunately the food is ALWAYS like warm at best! You would think a fresh flame broiled burger would be hot....... Nope!
Used the drive-thru at prime lunch time. Service was quick but no ketchup. I noticed the bag was mildly warm. 3 minute drive home. Food was barely warm. Whopper was OK but not fresh like the one I had a few days earlier at Corbin. The chicken sandwich was cold and tasted and smelled bad so it went in the trash after one bite. I ate my whopper, not great. Fries were 3 out of 10. Hershey pies were very good. Probably won't be back.

Dine- in option has a considerable amount of space and privacy!
Food was horrible. Was looking for a nice lunch with a fresh cheeseburger off the grill but NOpe! The cheese was cold and the burger was reheated while the fries was freshly cooked. This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's a 10/10 but sometimes you'll get a 3/10. Somewhat recommend of your really hungry.
