The date is Wednesday, July 16th at 12:15pm. The lady that had at the drive through was extremely impatient. We told her we wasn’t ready yet and then when we started our order, we asked our toddler what she wanted and she told us to our total before we was done with our order after we have told her 3 different times we wasn’t ready nor that was was finished.

Every time I go here they always give me old chicken fries there always hard and stiff and cold
Was ask to.pull forward .so they could bring food out instead of handing it threw the drive threw window..waited 23 minutes..six other drive thru customers got there orders as we sat and waited...I git very upset..backed up.to the window..my vehickle had got hot..ask where my food was..I said I've waited over 20 minutes..the little smart ass blonde girl..grinned handed me our COLD food..and said have a nice day...very very disappointed...
I have personally been behind the counter and in the kitchen repairing cameras and never saw any kind of nastiness. Very impressed with them

Spent 30 minutes waiting for a cold burger and soggy onion rings idk why I am expecting anything better.
Good food but I don't know why they will never hand me my food through the actual drive-thru window, every single time I've been to this location they make me pull forward and wait in the parking lot or wait at the front of the gas station area so that they can bring me my food. They don't put napkins in the bag but they do offer my son a crown when we come.

Guy gave me the wrong order and the lady at the first window wouldn't even talk to me to give me a receipt. I will likely try to avoid coming here for awhile since it was pretty ridiculous.

went there today and my mother and grandmother placed an order but forgot to use the mobile code, when we got to the window and tried to cancel the order we were told that we were not allowed to cancel it and use our mobile code because the lady had already finalized the order even though we hadn't paid yet. when we asked for the manager the lady wouldn't even let us talk and told the manager that we were fine with what we ordered and were just going to pay for it and get what we originally ordered. We ended up paying more than 5 dollars more than what it would have cost us if the lady had let us use our code. My mother and Grandmother are on a fixed income so 5$ might not seem like a lot but for them it is. Very upset about this as i know the lady was lying and just didn't want to mess with it. They took advantage of the fact that they are elderly and don't know how to use the app or codes. Would not recommend going there until they stop trying yo take advantage of people and start doing their jobs properly instead of not doing it because they didn't want to be bothered by it.
Worst bk ever. They handed our food to another car and then tried to give it to us after the people in the car had touched it. This was after waiting 25 minutes for food.
