El Dorado offers a great dining experience with friendly staff, serving authentic Mexican food from a large menu, as well as American options. The restaurant is perfect for take-out for families or large parties, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Their Carne Asada is a highlight, and the tacos birria and Chef’s Special steak dish are wonderful. The guacamole is to die for, and the chicken fajitas are always prepared exactly as requested. They're willing to experiment with unique drinks like Jalapeno margaritas. The service is fast, the staff is super friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is clean. Reasonably priced entrees make it a great stop for locals or travelers, conveniently located just off the exit in the shopping center. Kids are welcome, even if they bring their own food.
