We had a delightful 45 miles drive through the country to get to the Manchester Bakery we'd heard had wonderful pies. While the baked goods were delicious, the shopping experience was lessened by the unwelcoming attitudes of the employees. There was no "Hello" or "Welcome". Answering questions about their pies seemed a disturbance/chore. There was no "Thank you" at the end of the transaction. To be fair, it was extremely busy; however, that's no excuse for rude behavior toward customers.

I've not eaten anything I didn't like! Prices are fair. Service is fast but not very friendly. Ambiance is great. Smells soooooo delicious when you walk in! It makes you buy more!

Love this little bakery ! I often stop there as I travel thru to Leslie Co. .Their brown butter cookies are a MUST, and oh the bear claws and apple fritters !

I was VERY disappointed to say the least with my latest visit here! When I walked in NONE of the MULTIPLE employees working even spoke to me! I almost walked out and I wish I had now because when I got home and opened my bag of doughnuts a couple gnats flew out, the sourdough bread was extremely dry with no flavor and the cheesecake tasted like straight up cream cheese! I NEVER leave bad reviews but this was just a terrible experience all around!
