Mystery Shopper
Service was awful. Visited here in the morning time for breakfast and there was nobody working the counter. By the time somebody came to the counter, there was a line out the door. I went ahead and ordered on the app since nobody was there to take the orders, and it took forever to get my order. Somebody finally showed up to take the other orders, and all of their orders were fulfilled before my order was made. What’s the point in ordering on the app? I literally had time to write this entire review while waiting for my food. Still waiting on it actually.
Further, my kids wanted to play in the play area while we ate, but that area was disgusting. Despite it being in the morning time when only breakfast is being served, the tables and floors were littered with fries and burger toppings. So the area clearly had not been cleaned in a while, at least since the previous day.
I will say there was at least one positive part of our experience. A sweet worker who was on her break and saw that we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the play area, got up and cleaned it.
Absolutely awful experience. Do not recommend stopping here. Go on to London or Hazard (depending on the direction you’re traveling) and get something there. You’ll be glad you did.
We went inside to eat. It took about 15 minutes to get 2 big Mac meals. No one was ahead of us inside. Definitely not a friendly environment. Some of the workers were actually pretty rude. All you can smell is cigarettes about 20 feet from the door. Half the staff is smoking right outside the door. My 15 year old son stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while EVERYONE passed him. Once I got up there and watch the manager pass him as well she just said sorry when l said something. Not a location I'd return to.

Food was good and fresh. Employees were patient and friendly that waited on Us. Some employees looked like they just got out of the street gangs with their pants pulled down below the waistline and shirts untucked! Employees wasn't washing their hands after smoking a cigarette.

DO NOT visit this McDonald’s. Rude workers or I should say rude worker We ordered a meal that came with an smoothie and we PAYED for a large and the worker walked out with a small so we told her that it was supposed to be a large (bad mistake) she grabs the bag out of our hands points at the bag and yells “It says small dumba$$” then continues to throw the bag down, roll her eyes, and says that she is not going to give us a large. The other worker walks up and says “I deeply apologize for her ugly behavior” then pushes the other girl out of the way (as she should) and comes back with our large. ? But our oder was also all messed up soooo.
