Mystery Shopper
Service was awful. Visited here in the morning time for breakfast and there was nobody working the counter. By the time somebody came to the counter, there was a line out the door. I went ahead and ordered on the app since nobody was there to take the orders, and it took forever to get my order. Somebody finally showed up to take the other orders, and all of their orders were fulfilled before my order was made. What’s the point in ordering on the app? I literally had time to write this entire review while waiting for my food. Still waiting on it actually.
Further, my kids wanted to play in the play area while we ate, but that area was disgusting. Despite it being in the morning time when only breakfast is being served, the tables and floors were littered with fries and burger toppings. So the area clearly had not been cleaned in a while, at least since the previous day.
I will say there was at least one positive part of our experience. A sweet worker who was on her break and saw that we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the play area, got up and cleaned it.
Absolutely awful experience. Do not recommend stopping here. Go on to London or Hazard (depending on the direction you’re traveling) and get something there. You’ll be glad you did.
