I don't know if it's just THIS particular location or what but it was THE BEST experience and food from a pizza hut ice ever had! The garlic cheese bread came out fresh and piping hot and we each had a Melt-a folded over pizza with thin crust and toppings in between for dinner. They were SO GOOD and SO FRESH!!! Very filling, too! We will definitely be back here and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

We drove from lily Ky to eat here as this place always been the best. But that will not happen again as we ask if we could simply add mushrooms to our pasta in was told straight face no. We got up in walked out. Place has went down. Table was sticky, salad bar was brown lettuce & the smell wasn’t very welcoming.

The salad bar sucks the lettuce was not good the onions was soggy the croutons taste moldy

I was delivering a door dash here and they have a box of about 300 crayons so I decided to grab two crayons for my 3 year old daughter. GIGANTIC MISTAKE THE MANGER CURSES AT ME AND MAKES ME GIVE THE CRAYONS BACK. THIS IS A NASTY NASTY STORE. DO NOT EAT HERE. PROCE TO HIGH. SALAD BAR IS NASTY.

They need to learn that the customer comes first. Why put a box of crayons out if they aren't aloud to be touched. Do not eat here. I waited over 45 minutes for a door dash.

Great food and good service

OK so I called today during business hours and no matter what option I choose the person would rather decline the call the awnser I'll be on hold for 1 minute I'm serious I timed and it hangs up sometimes 2 minutes then it hangs up yall say it's easy to get hired or order or change or check on order how can you if yall refuse to awnser the phone.

Very unhappy. Went inside to pick up my order, which was placed online 30 minutes prior, I could see that my food was done, and had to stand and wait for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I asked if I could have my order, and stated that I prepaid. I was told, no, I'd have to wait for the manager who was busy in the back because there were only 3 people working.
Then, when I was handed my food, I checked the be sure my pan crust was correct because it wasn't the time before, I realized it was in fact a hand tossed crust. Again. So I asked about it, and was told it is a pan crust. No. The difference between the two is usually pretty obvious. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza, and I don't mind paying extra for the pan crust, except for when I don't get what I paid for, AND the employees are rude.

This has been bothering me for awhile because I keep encountering it in Manchester restaurants. You love small town businesses for thier charm but you'll hate them because of the HYGIENE standards. The mens bathroom was disgusting. The food was great & the service ok, but that bathroom was revolting & I keep encountering that issue at other Manchester businesses, so I'm compelled to report it.

Food tasted old and was going to be charged $2.26 for a cup of ranch for my wings.

Parking: Few parking spots, very dirty parking lot and building
