I usually enjoy the food at Pizza Pro, but my latest visit was a letdown. I ordered a stromboli, expecting the classic rolled-up, pizza-dough perfection packed with pepperoni or ham. Instead, I got a sub—and not even a stromboli-inspired one. It came with a burger patty, peppers, onions, and sauce. Nothing like what I wanted or expected.
When I went back to ask for a refund—since this misunderstanding wasn’t my fault—they refused, insisting it was “my order.” The food here is usually decent, but the customer service is subpar at best and the refund policy just makes no sense. If you’re going to completely redefined a stromboli, at least describe it on the menu. I won’t be back after this—clarity and a little flexibility could’ve saved the day, but they missed the mark.

EDIT: ive been going to this buisness for food for over 20 years and it's amazing! Food is always good and fresh. There's a few times it's not so great but that's with every place which is completely normal. I do recommend if your in the area and looking for some pizza
