Worst tacobell I ever visited. Stopped for a 5 layer and large ice water. Sat in drive thru with one car in front of me for 15 minutes. Gave up and pulled off. When I hit the off ramp to the parkway the car was still setting there waiting on theyre food. Most ridiculous drive thru time I ever experienced at any tacobell. Your better off going to the taco bell in london.

The food was okay, what they got right that is. I went thru the drive thru and I did have a pretty big order. But I don't think they got one single thing right. If something was supposed to be plain we got it with everything on it instead of plain. And if it was suppose to have sour cream only, it would have everything but the sour cream. There was several things missing from our order. Like I said the order was fairly large. But it's a fast food restaurant so I mean they should be use to having big orders. The food was okay but the actual service was not so okay. And I really hate that too because I love taco bell. But rest assured I probably won't be going back there anytime soon.

I waited in line for at least 25 min and at the speaker they told me they was out of meat for 15 min and I said I could wait cause it looked to b I would be there then the woman came on the speaker and said I would have to come bk. So I said I would take chicken in the place and she charged me for it anyway. That's bull crap it's not my fault they was holding on meat.

Food sucks they’re always out of everything. The workers are underpaid and under appreciated by Gale the GM most of them work as hard as they can to get orders out and it’s still not enough for her she still complains about them isn’t no wonder she has such a turnover rate. Workers don’t get a 10 minute break unless there is someone there to take their spot after 10pm there is no breaks given the workers don’t get a lunch at all unless you are under 18. Just an all around awful place to work and eat. It’s not a very clean place either. There’s more managers than actual crew and most of the managers like Jessica just sit and grip at the ones who aren’t managers to make her job easier.

They were out of everything including fountain pop , no hot sauce except extreme heat. And waited 5- 10 minutes in drive threw . Thought it would be better to go inside cause drive threw was not moving. Waited inside at least 20 minutes , I promise. Then when I get it the order was not right .Sucked will not be back at Manchester Ya o Bell. Very disappointing .

Paid $7 to wait 10 mins for nothing. Get rid of the kiosk & bring in more man power. I could hear the backend working (they were talking about my special order of a chicken quesadilla supreme with a side of guacamole) but then they must have put it in with a drive through order because I was told they didn't have any more orders. Then was told my kiosk order didn't come through. When the three employees turned their backs to me I left since no one offered to (or informed me they intended to) make my order.Btw customers can hear what you're saying in the back end of you're in line of sight of the driver through pick up window.I hate using the kiosk and would much prefer an employee to come to the counter to take my order, as this didn't happen I ended up placing my order through the kiosk which was obviously a mistake.

It was great they got their good workers back now. They put the meat on the food other guy was terrible the new people but the original ones have come back and it is a great place to eat now. Last time we ate dinner there the new people don't know what they are doing. Lost the best worker they have ever had I think they was getting a little worried 🙁😫
