Paid $7 to wait 10 mins for nothing. Get rid of the kiosk & bring in more man power. I could hear the backend working (they were talking about my special order of a chicken quesadilla supreme with a side of guacamole) but then they must have put it in with a drive through order because I was told they didn't have any more orders. Then was told my kiosk order didn't come through. When the three employees turned their backs to me I left since no one offered to (or informed me they intended to) make my order.Btw customers can hear what you're saying in the back end of you're in line of sight of the driver through pick up window.I hate using the kiosk and would much prefer an employee to come to the counter to take my order, as this didn't happen I ended up placing my order through the kiosk which was obviously a mistake.

Almost every thing or anything i pick to eat smells and tastes the same. The service at this particular store is the worst. Your lucky if you can get service due to the fact that workers stay in the back of the store, so they dont see a person there. Many times i have just walked out and gone to another resturant.

After years and years of eating here this one time it was slow sat in drive through for over 15 minutes for a mobile order they made nothing right got a cup of red sauce was hardly anything in there this is very very disappointing and will not be back!
It's literally the best Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Even the bottom of my hard shell tacos were still crunchy. 10/10 will be back!!
The food is good, but we order our things specifically made (like no lettuce) which leads to our food to be incorrect often. Also, sometimes it’s hard to get any help from the employees even to take your order. I guess they are understaffed? But the food is usually very good and hot.

I stop at this Taco Bell on my way through Manchester quite often. It is a Taco Bell so what can you say. Like many of the others. Only difference is they seem to always get my order right, unlike other Taco Bells and the workers are very friendly.

Pulled up to the drive through window today and this woman likely in her forties hands me a small soda for happy hour which is supposed to be medium and when I nicely ask, "Is this the new size?" she goes, "yes" and walks away.I still haven't gotten my grilled stuffed steak burrito at this point with no chipotle and two younger high school age girls come up to the window and I ask why I was lied to by the first worker.I show them that my receipt states "medium dr. pepper" and they proceed to get ticked off at me and insist on handing me a medium soda overfilled with ice that could drip in my newly detailed new car. I had told them I didn't need a replacement.I know you guys work minimum wage but please take responsibility and ownership for your lies and mistakes. I was not even being mean and you all tried to make me feel bad.Guess I will only stop the next county over now in Laurel at their Taco Bells since you all made yours Taco Hell.Dietary restrictions: If you ask for a modified drink or modified item they will try but usually fail to accomandate you.
