Been a few days but can't get over it. I was visiting family and felt hungry. Longest wait time I've ever had, probably 20 minutes. no smile from cashier and I , felt rushed. Foul music blaring on the speakers referencing drugs. I received a cold baked potato and my burger had stale buns. Very high price for subpar quality. No one was friendly except whoever the man was taking out the garbage at the time. Wendy's just isn't what it used to be and I was highly disappointed

I went here at 11:30 at night, Woman who took my order was extremely rude, couldn’t get a sentence out without her saying “is that all” and when we got to the window she didn’t say a word to us and just slammed the window in my face. I looked in the bag and I had no sauce so we sat there and waiting for to come back and she opened the window and said “what” and we told her we needed sauce. She gave me 2 sauces even though I order a 20 piece nugget. Usually service is alright but whoever that woman is needs to be fired!

Came through this morning but the cashier was dead set on getting me a coca cola and I had to tell her to keep it so I could get to work on time.

Sandwich was warm but potato wedges were cold.

Might come through for lunch again but going to give it awhile and use the Wendy's app if I want a son of a bacconator sandwich.

Great breakfast! Usually really good! Drive thru is SLAMMED almost always. I would recommend dining-in or even walk in and take out cause you WILL be waiting if you use the drive thru, which the hill going to drive thru is a NIGHTMARE, so God forbid you get stuck on it waiting in line!!

Parking lot is a bit wonky, bathrooms were fair, service was quick, dining room could've been cleaner, simple order wasn't correct (shocker)

My expectations were low, and I wasn't disappointed.

Did they remodel it into a rehab center or a restaurant I can't tell. So far from what I've seen, I don't want my food from here anymore until hygienic appearance is improved. Plus I found a hair in my burger..Workers smoking and blowing it all inside when they walk in. Looking like they just woke up on a hangover, with chocolate chip cookies in their teeth. Sorry but they say customer feedback is important for improvement.

I called 15 times (can show my call log) and no answer. I had my card on me at home when I got a notification I had spent $10.45. I NEVER spent it. I called trying to get ahold of someone ANYONE and no one answered the phones. They are a business and need to answer their phones. I also came in one day ordered a couple meals and only got half the food. When I went in to get the rest it took at least 10 minutes before someone even recognized I was there. This store needs more attentive staff. There is no reason for them to not answer their phone, busy or not.
