Some of the workers here act really shady and it makes for an interesting atmosphere when eating. Food is great but I will stick with ordering in the drive thru. There is something about ordering inside and the way some employees act that makes me feel really uncomfortable.

This place is getting slower and slower. Used to be super fast even with 5-6 cars in line they would get through them in 5-10 minutes. Now it's 5-10 minutes per car. Owners need to get on the workers because it's gotten so slow you can even call it fast food anymore

Manchester ky wendys is absolutely disgusting! Went there just a few days ago and their food wasn't even warm. If I wanted something cold I'd got a frosty instead. The fries wasn't even fresh and tasted horrible.

Except for the incredibly slow service - which is ALWAYS (and going inside is not any better - you WILL wait to have your order taken. I had the person in front of place their order. Then, the employee walked away from the register. I had a mobile order, originally for the drive thru. They took so long, my order was cancelled in the app, and I had to start over. That was one experience. If the food wasn't so good and usually hot off the grill (most times), I likely wouldn't go there. I don't go often, usually when there only a few other customers.Parking: There are only about 16 spaces, and four are blocked when the drive-thru has a line. Four others are far from the door. Theses are mostly easier to get in and out of the parking lot, but if you have a physical disability, it may be challenging to safely get to the door. The remaining spots are face to face (2 sides facing each other) and right in front of the building. There aren't a LOT of parking spaces, but I can honestly say, I don't see it 100% full very often, so it's really a non- issue. I may be low on the number of spots, but I'm not off by much.BTW, there are two driveways. One is VERY steep, but not impossible to maneuver.

My family and I had gone through the drive through last night. There were two girls working the window who were terribly rude, every time they’re at the window they are. We had asked them to redo our order because there had been a mixup (our food was still wrong). We ordered a chicken blt, the chicken was small, cold, hard and dry, looked like the chicken for a chicken biscuit. They had also forgotten a cookie and I had gone in and was met with the rudest tone asking how I got in and that the doors were supposed to be locked, as if it was something I had done. There were multiple people eating in the restaurant so im confused on why I was met with a rude attitude. I never have bad experiences here unless it’s these two teenage girls working the window.

Food is always good, but the service can be slow if you go in. They usually help one costumer and get their food ready before they start on another which leads to long waits. The entrance getting into the restaurant is also hard to use since they fixed it where there is road work.
