This bakery is wonderful. The homemade baked goods are delicious and made just like mom used to do. The canned goods are great tasting and reasonably priced. We tried the canned(in a jar) baked beans and they were delicious. And, of course, the people are warm and friendly.

We visited the bakery in August, 2025. According to the woman running the bakery, they are open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday. We saw erroneous information that they closed at noon on Saturday - and she said not sure how that got posted, but open until 5:00 pm.

We stopped there on our way home from a trip. They have the best Fried Pies and the Yeast Rolls were amazing. I definitely will be going back. I had never had tried a Fried Raisin Pie. First time I saw one. Didn't think I would like it! Turned out to be my favorite. Then Peach and Cherry. Very friendly.

Fried pies are out of the world. Cookies and pickles were great.What I loved more than all of this was a bar of complexion soap. My face and skin is very soft and I can see my age spots getting lighter.My dermatologist diagnosed me with lichen planopilaris. She prescribed a tropical solutions I have to do use twice a day for 2 weeks and then 1 week off and then repeat. I used the soap to wash my hair and now my Lichen planopilaris is clearing up. I was told I would have this condition for the rest of my life and there's not a cure. The tropical solutions just helps with pain and my hair growing back.I would love to order more of this soap and could you give me information on how?Thank YouLinda
