The people who work here are hands down the best customer service I have ever had! They rock. However, I would skip anything fried here, as well as the salads. I love all their non fried items, and all their ice creams are unmatched,but their fried food is extremely greasy to the point that you can watch the grease ooze out of your chicken if you squeeze it slightly. Highly recommend their philly cheese steak, or any of their other grilled items though!

Decent food and we would love to return but $8-9 for a single mushroom swiss and $8 for a large shake is just too much. We enjoyed our time there and the shakes were good but just too expensive

Got there to pick up had to wait on my food several people got their food who showed up after me and yet once my food was given to me the fries were cold and soggy and cheese sticks were hard and not melted in the center. Not sure why I had to wait on my food and as soon as it was up it was cold as if it were done the whole time just not been given to me. Kitchen needs to be trained on timing so food doesn’t sit and get cold while waiting on a burger which should have been dropped from the start
They are nice people. The shake machine was down. Again, from what others say. The burgers were good but not amazing. The catfish was over salted (I'm not a prude either). The fries were limp. The fried pickles were good ( a large is about a medium fries at McDonald's in size and 13 bucks). Coleslaw was different but not in a bad way ; however, slaw lovers may scoff. Coke was off taste and needed heavy calibration.Nothing was 4to5 star though. Its rated higher due to the people are nice. Spent 100plus for family of 3 kids 3 adults

I've only ordered a few things on the menu, but the roast beef is my favorite. The other sandwiches where equally very tasty. I finally tried the chocolate ice cream cone and was delicious.
Parking: I drive a semi truck through Marion and at first glance doesn't seem like much parking. There is a vacant building next to it and I can park my 53' semi truck there. There is parking all around the building, so plenty of parking.
