Last 2 times I went there.Bad service.I ordered a large fry last time.I went and it was halfway full i should have complained but didn't it was still good but they were rude so Im never going there again 2 strikes they out

Everytime I use the McDonald’s app to customize my food I always get something opposite of what I entered in the app. I customized a double cheeseburger, no mustard or pickle, extra onion only to get a double cheeseburger with just ketchup. Like why even waste the ink putting it on the ticket if you’re not going to put the correct toppings on the burger for it. Let’s not forget to mention the hard bun.

So pathetic when you walk in there that of all employees the shift leaders are the rudest of them all and then you have to stand there and wait 5 minutes for them to give you your large cup, empty cup you fill it up yourself. I even ordered it online ahead of time... AND OF ALL THINGS I GO OVER TO THE SODA MACHINE AND THERE ARE EITHER WATER BUGS OR COCKROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER. Posting pictures with review

Having been a customer in this sore multiple tines( working in marion) this is absolutely one of the most pathetic stores for customer service.. they are absolutely slow and they will look towards the counter and ignore you are even standing there.. as former management at McDonald's many years ago..this store us totally unacceptable for McDonalds standards..

About what you'd expect for a McDonald's, I will say that the service needs quite a bit of work but overall normal experience.
If I could give them a zero I would have. Worst service ever. Food was cold. And staff was not knowledgeable of questions I ask.

Always a terrible experience here. Can literally order a single frappe and be told to pull forward to a waiting spot to be brought out to me and then take longer than 10 mins to get it…. Just dumb

If you want fast food then I suggest you go somewhere else. It takes forever to get your food and when you get it, all of it is cold and it is never right. The employees are rude. You're better off going down the road and going somewhere else.
