Ordered a delivery order on December 16th, waited an hour for them to call and tell me they do not deliver to my house. However, we live less than 2 miles away, already paid, and have ordered delivery from them before. Makes no sense. Do better.

My family and I recently moved to Martin and decided to eat here one night. We Saw online that they had a buffet and kids eating cheaper, it was a good bang for our buck. I believe it was a Friday night when we were in there we got the buffet it was hot fresh stocked with all kinds of good things for us to grab they even had a cheese pizza specially put up there for my kids to eat. Everyone we talked to who worked there was friendly and helpful. The manager even put on Christmas cartoons for the kids to watch. We definitely will be back!

I ordered two large pizzas and two large breadsticks and while ordering on the phone, the man was laughing at me and kept asking me if I was done, mind you I was feeding 11 people!! and when I got to the restaurant, I paid for the large orders, but for some reason, they only gave me medium pizzas like there was barely any left, and a majority of my siblings didn’t get to eat much, and I’m honestly thinking that this man did it on purpose. I think he changed my large order to a medium because he was laughing on the phone as though I was real big and fat.

Air conditioner hasn't worked in over a month. Pizza on buffet is dried out. Garlic bread on buffet so hard you can't eat it. Waitresses very nice.

The food was amazing...... The service not so much...... The lady was very nice but it was a little frustrating trying to figure out what was offered we did get in there about 45 minutes before close... Which the local places that I have been to where I live that's never been an issue don't get me wrong it's not a habit that I try to have.... But that day we was leaving a viewing and couldn't get there any sooner... It was recommended to not eat the pizza that was up there at the buffet because it had been there for quite a while but it was also informed that the cook didn't really want to fix anything else for the buffet... But that he would so we ordered the buffet and then we was asked what pizza we wanted and asked what size we wanted which was confusing since it was supposed to be for the buffet.. we get the pizza I was under the impression that the salad bar was included... Nobody else did they only ate from the pizza that was made that was brought to our table... I assumed since it was brought to the table and they didn't eat anything else from the buffet because it was all thrown away... that they would just be charged for the pizza since nothing else was fixed for up there... And I would be charged for the buffet because I had a salad but then I got up there and I was charged for a salad and four buffets 😳 ended up with the tip spending about $70 for a large pizza 4 drinks and a salad that wasn't even half of a bowl size... Again the pizza was delicious but we will not be back again with that kind of service

Pizzas could use more toppings. When we came they had limited drinks and no ice. Which why not get ice from the gas station across the street. The buffet food looked old. Non services dogs came in which shouldn't be allowed

Just do yourself a favor and order from Ironton, Giovanni’s. They at least care about the customers and are understanding. No one’s perfect but ironton location will do the best to make it right. (740)532-9220 call them….
