Stopped here to get food for the kids on our day out. Ordered on the kiosk and waited almost 45 minutes for food. The workers were concerned with drive through so much that they didn't pay attention to lobby at all. A door dasher was waiting for almost and hour and left. I watched them take food out of our bag and put it in a drive through bag before I got angry. Then when they finally gave us our order they did not provide the cups for drinks and walked away and I had to wait longer for someone to walk back by the front and ask for cups.

Decided to get burgers and some chicken nuggets for my wife and I at about 8pm July 3rd we only get this as a treat from time to time. I got a order of food poisoning because these kids can't follow procedure This location likes to make poison for food only the 75th time McDonald's has made me horribly sick. Locations in Cape coral Florida no better Locations in Syracuse New York no better and now evidently Martin Kentucky Don't eat here they will make you and or your kids and family sick. For the price just stay home and make something fresh and 20 times better for half the price of trying to feed two. Disgusting place Disgusting management that has no clue what procedure or food safety standards to follow save your money! McDonald's must have a new policy of just make all our customers extremely sick!

Two cars in front of me and I sit for almost 20 minutes to order then ask to wait for additional 5 minutes and after I placed a 6 sandwich order they tell me Breakfast was over and I ask when they said 1030 it was 1031 on 4th of July 2025. I have tryed my whole life to be patient but this manager must run the morning crew like sailors. The very last time I eat breakfast there got a steak bagel. It was harder than a dog bone. My family and I decided it’s official we will take our business elsewhere and in courage every one else to take it to who matters especially after this kind of respect that lacks to the customer.

Last two mornings ordered a cup of coffee only got pulled over been setting here over 5 minutes still no coffee service sucks
The food was dry as heck and the girl with blonde hair was very rude to me when i ask for my cup i paid for she shrugged her shoulders like she was something cool like girl i paid my mf drink dont look at me that way

The worst McDonald’s. Sit in drive thru forever. Placed order. Sit in drive thru another 21 minutes. Forgot drinks. Had to produce receipt. Went back with my receipt to figure out drinks. Amateur night at the Chinese theater over there
