I only go about every six months because they ALWAYS leave something off your order, and give you the worst attitude when you ask to have it fixed. Today they forgot my au jus, and they were so angry with me for daring to come back that they threw the bag at me with boiling liquids inside. General manager saw this going on and walked straight past me. When I finally opened the food it looked my sandwiches had literally been stepped on. Tired of their crap, not worth whatever deals are on the app to have to deal with this store.

If I could give them a zero across the board, I would. Yesterday my husband went there and had the same experience he had three weeks ago. He sat at the speaker for 4 minutes with no one speaking to him. He called out 'hello' 3 or 4 times. Nothing. Then he sees three employees walk across the parking lot (apparently to the smoking area), notice my husband sitting there and one said, 'He can wait'. My husband drove around the building, where he sees another customer at the pickup window, with no one inside. He had the exact same experience three weeks and only went there because I asked him to. We'll never go there again

Why is there buffalo sauce on my pulled pork bbq sandwich you ask?? Bc there was nothing but meat and a pickle on the sandwich. 3pm on a Tuesday. Fries were cold as they have been every visit for the last five trips here.at 3pm they should have had to be made fresh with no one else in the line or parking lot. There is a timer to use to know when to make new fries. These were well past that.i love Arbys food, but something is going on here- maybe a lack of training- I’m not sure..but it’s the best menu in town as far as fast food goes, and I keep hoping- and keep being disappointed 😔

The food isn't made right and it taste nasty not 3oz on my roast beef I got 6 slices of beef and not 12 I will never be back to an arbys again. And the mozzarella sticks weren't fully cooked.

Ordered 2 wraps with RANCH IN THE DRIVE THRU. Got home and both are SMOTHERED in Honey mustard very upset cause now I have nothing to eat. Also called the store when I found my food was wrong and no surprise THEY DIDNT ANSWER THE

Good amount of meat and cheddar on the beef N cheddar! Fries and jalapeño bites were good as well. Dining room was very clean. Fast service!

Faith Rule

I sat in the drive thru with my boyfriend for over 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. They said they needed a minute and we waited until about 15 and asked if we would be able to at least take our order because it is a cold day and we at least wanted to roll our window up. The lady was very rude and they were not busy. There was 4 cars when we got there and we left and none of the same cars were there. So they were just very rude and disrespectful for no reason.

Just went through the drive-thru. I asked for a double roast beef sandwich. After paying but before leaving the window I realized I was handed a regular roast beef sandwich. I told the guy at drive thru who was really nice. He apologized and said he misheard me and that he had charged me for a classic sandwich. He yelled at the manager and asked what to do. The manager come over and ask me if he can give me 3 oz of meat. A little weirded and grossed out by that I asked if he could just give me another sandwich. Money was never discussed but I was willing to pay the difference. He said he could not give me another sandwich because that would mess up their bread count. What does that even mean? I finally said just give me the 3 oz of meat. Made my own sandwich today folks! Well... at least I helped.
