Slowest service I've ever seen. It's as if the second speaker doesn't even exist to them, and the people at the speaker are usually annoyed with no semblance of hospitality. Why would anyone go here over McDonald's? I could've gone through there 3 times by now!

messed up my order and was missing food. i was promised a full refund considering when i called, the kid that answered was clearly annoyed. i got a response back from customer service and was only given $15 out of the nearly $40 i spent. and it took them two whole days to even get back to me via email about this. very upsetting, after i get food with the $15, i won't be going back ever again. disappointed, i'd rather go to taco bell.

Just went thru drive 3. Had to tell the boy 3 times my order and he still didnt get it right. Ask for small sweet tea. Got a large coke which was charged for. It wasn't busy there was no one in line but me. I could understand making mistakes when your real busy but there was no excuse for this except employees not paying attention. This has been happening to me alot lately here.

All tables were dirty. No one bothering to clean them. No straws in container and container was dirty. Wasn't offered senior discount. When we mentioned it, they said it was to late since we didn't say anything before ordering. Won't go back.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line no exaggeration, then when I get to the first window and use a code from the app I guess they had a new girl on the register and it took another 5-10 minutes with the manager to put in a code….Then after I waited and paid $9.50 for a meal when the code said $7.99 but that’s not even what made me mad. After all that, I still got the wrong order and cold fries. I had a number 6 combo meal without mayo, that’s it. I got a spicy chicken with 3 spoonfuls of mayo I couldn’t even touch. Worst Burger King experience i’ve ever had

Very friendly person taking orders, but they must have been severely understaffed inside. I ordered my burger at 7:12 pm, and at 7:40 while I waited at the window I heard the woman working the front asking over and over where that burger was. My onion rings and jalapeño bites were bagged right away and cold. The onion rings sauce that was on the receipt wasn't in the bag. Bad on me for not checking after 30+ minutes of waiting. I might have been better off choosing the one in Paducah that was 20 miles further down the road. Hopefully they can get their staffing levels up and a manager who will get the line moving. Until then I'd avoid it if you can.

Id give them 0 stars if it was an option. This store on a regular basis has made us wait over 30 min in drive thru. And then give us extremely old cold food. And it's literally almost every time. Like I have never gone there once and had good food. Or in a timely manner. The food is also very sloppily put together. I finally had enough and will never come here again.
