Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line no exaggeration, then when I get to the first window and use a code from the app I guess they had a new girl on the register and it took another 5-10 minutes with the manager to put in a code….Then after I waited and paid $9.50 for a meal when the code said $7.99 but that’s not even what made me mad. After all that, I still got the wrong order and cold fries. I had a number 6 combo meal without mayo, that’s it. I got a spicy chicken with 3 spoonfuls of mayo I couldn’t even touch. Worst Burger King experience i’ve ever had

Very friendly person taking orders, but they must have been severely understaffed inside. I ordered my burger at 7:12 pm, and at 7:40 while I waited at the window I heard the woman working the front asking over and over where that burger was. My onion rings and jalapeño bites were bagged right away and cold. The onion rings sauce that was on the receipt wasn't in the bag. Bad on me for not checking after 30+ minutes of waiting. I might have been better off choosing the one in Paducah that was 20 miles further down the road. Hopefully they can get their staffing levels up and a manager who will get the line moving. Until then I'd avoid it if you can.

Id give them 0 stars if it was an option. This store on a regular basis has made us wait over 30 min in drive thru. And then give us extremely old cold food. And it's literally almost every time. Like I have never gone there once and had good food. Or in a timely manner. The food is also very sloppily put together. I finally had enough and will never come here again.

Some of the early morning CSRs are rude and not hospitable... therefore, I'll be switching back to taco johns for my breakfast and ice coffee...
From a 3.6 avg to a suggestive avg of .7 BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU'RE IN THE STORE... GEEZ... I come from an age where you leave if you're not acknowledged (can't read minds)!
10/21 why the gloves dirtier than they hands (because they never change them & they put those gloves on their skin <pointless, correct>)... still a 1 star

I had a very disappointing experience with the red-haired manager at this location. He was extremely rude and even slammed the drive-thru window in my face so hard that it bounced back open. I was not being rude—I only ordered one item—so I have no idea what his issue was. Regardless, that kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. If he can’t treat customers with basic respect, he either needs to fix his attitude or find another job.
