This is a small privately owned coffee shop in Mayfield Ky that has an awesome den/fireplace room perfect for sipping coffee and reading or taking advantage of the internet Cafe they made accessible. I am fairly basic with my coffee order, but they plenty of designer coffee blends to choose from and an extensive pastry case that is pretty awesome. I stopped in for a pumpkin scone or pumpkin muffin this morning, but they were already sold out of that seasonal favorite, so I had a standard coffee cake and freshly brewed breakfast blend small cup of coffee. I sat peacefully by the fireplace while enjoying my breakfast and reading articles on my cell phone. the dining area adjoining filled for lunch as I was leaving, while the den stayed quiet and cozy. I have patronized this establishment several times, and they consistently deliver a nice cup of coffee and a nice ambiance in their fireplace room. There are no other comparisons near this area, but this family takes their market share seriously with brand consistency. I am a fan.

I walked in the door at 4:01 and they said sorry we closed at 4:00. In my life I have never been denied service in a case like this. Their door has different hours for different days ranging up to 7pm and I didn't realize when I was able to walk in because the door was not locked that it was a 4pm day. If I owned this business I would most definitely reprimand the staff for denying me service. They also had people at a table they were serving lol I was going to get a coffee to go. I will never give them my business again and during the week for the past couple of months I have been there almost every day. Never again. I can not stand lazy. If it were me working I would have said come on in, we have a limited menu because we are closing and then locked the door. If it was so important to close at 4 they should have locked the door and put the closed sign up. Sorry, I will no longer be a customer here.

My experience here was pretty great, I am visiting from out of town. I ordered the mandarin chicken salad, the cookie dough craving coffee, and I did order the white chocolate muffin but I didn't receive that with my to go order. The coffee and salad are so good that I don't even care about the muffin.

They were super friendly... The only thing was they were out of the large so I was like can you make a large and then just add the extra into another cup she looked a little confused so I was just like okay I'll just take the cup that you have available but it was super creamy and super good I really just like coffee place with extra shots of espresso, is a little pricey what is a small town ?

Great place for lunch. They have a good menu with a lot of options. The sandwiches we tried ( Italian and chicken salad) had great taste and were fresh. The strawberry poppie sead salad was great. The service is very friendly and attentive. Very clean inside. Relaxing atmosphere. They even have room for even more relaxing atmosphere with couches. See pics.

This is a wonderful coffee shop. The iced harvest latte was amazing, I got mine with an extra shot of espresso and the girls made it perfectly to my liking. They also have wonderful bakery items and breakfast. I didn’t get the chance to try their lunch menu, but I’m sure it’s just as delicious. If you’re in the area, please try this place.
We had to wait for over 30 mins just to be told they forgot to do our drinks. When they do give you the drinks they are sticky and coffee running down the sides. They take no pride in making sure the drinks are not pouring over before handing to you.
