Extremely slow service. I can't really rate the food because we never got it. They mixed alot of orders and we had waited almost an hour and still had not gotten our order. They were out of several items, like french fries.

I went through the drive thru for the first time eating here. I was appaled at the quality of this place. Everything was just thrown together in the box. The quality of the food was unbearable to the point where I couldn't eat it. There was so much salt in the fish that it actually burned my mouth and was un-eatable. My order was basically thrown at me through the drive thru window. I don't know how this place stays in business, it's the worst of the worst!!!

I've never been to this location and not had to wait fewer than 20 minutes for a basic order for one or two people.
They always, always, always seem waaay too short staffed to manage their customers load.

Ordered online went and got my order they didn't put my shrimp skewers in my order went back in to get them and was charged 10 dollars and I already paid 1.99 for them online! Tried to call and it said the person at that number cannot be reached! Won't ever eat there again! The manager complained about having to work in front of customers and the service wasn't that good either!

They have a delicious salmon meal if you don’t want fried food. The staff is very friendly and always smiling!
I think they’ve changed the fish at Captain D’s. I took one bite, and I immediately knew that it wasn’t the usual fish. Rather than a clean taste, this fish almost had an earthy/dirty taste to it. It was kind of off-putting. The batter was the same, and the filets were hot. But, the fish was definitely not the same - to the point that I couldn’t eat it. Everything else was okay, but I won’t be going back until they go back to the old fish.

Went inside and waited about 15-20 minutes for food, only for it to be mistakenly given to the DoorDash driver. Had to wait another 10 minutes or so to be given the correct order. No apologies or compensation offered.
A previous time I went, waited about 30+ minutes in the drive through.
Shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes just to get your order.
